Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, einem kleinen Durchgangs-Zimmer mit Sofa, einem Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, einer neuen Küche mit Geschirrspüler, und einem großen, westseitigen Balkon.
Das Zimmer hat ca 13m² und bietet durch einen Einbaukasten und die Laden unter dem Bett sehr viel Stauraum. Ausgestattet ist es mit dem Kasten, einem Schreibtisch + Stuhl, einem 1,40x200-Bett und einer Stereoanlage.
Insgesamt (Heizung, Strom, Internet usw.) belaufen sich die Kosten auf 365€ pro Monat.
The flat is formed of two rooms, a small room with a couch, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a kitchen with dishwasher and it has a nice and sunny balcony.
Your room with a size of 13m² has a lot of storage place because of the huge wardrobe. The room is furnished. There is the wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a bed (1,40x200) and a CD Player.
With internet, heating and electricity, the room costs 315€ per month.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen.
Straßenbahnen der Linie 4 und 5 sind eine Minute entfernt (Finanzamt), der Jakominiplatz ist zufuß in 5min zu erreichen. Auf die TU fährt man mit dem Rad gerade einmal 5min, zur KF ca. 10min.
Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Schritte vom Augarten entfernt, dadurch - und durch den schönen, großen Balkon - ist man ganz schnell in der Natur.
Eine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es einen Billa, eine Apotheke usw.
The flat is ocated in the center of Graz.
Tram line 4 and 5 is only one minute away (station Finanzamt). The Jakominiplatz is reached in 5min on foot. To the technical university you drive about 5min by bike and to the Karl-Franzens-university it's about 10min by bike.
Augarten - a nice park next to the Mur - is very close and for groceries etc. you only have to walk one minute.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Viktoria. Sie ist 20 Jahre alt und studiert Physiotherapie. Sie ist eine so tolle Mitbewohnerin, dass ich sie nur ungerne für 6 Monate verlasse. Sie ist hilfsbereit und verlässlich und immer für ein Tratscherl zu haben. Du kannst dich wirklich auf sie freuen!!!
You'll share the flat with Viktoria, a 20-year old student for physical therapy. She is very kind, helpful and reliable.
Zusätzlich zur Wohnung kann auch mein Fahrrad ohne zusätzliche Kosten benutzt werden.
Wenn du dich für die Wohnung interessierst, melde dich einfach. Sie kann jederzeit besichtigt werden.
Vom Datum her könnten wir auch noch verhandeln wenn du früher/später ein/ausziehen möchtest.
