Wir (w, 25+26j) suchen eine/n Dritte/n im Bunde ;).
Die Wohnung hat ca. 90 m², befindet sich im 5. Stock (Lift vorhanden) und das Zimmer hat ungefähr 22 m². Das Zimmer hat Parkettboden und kann komplett möbliert oder teilmöbliert (nach Absprache) übernommen werden. Die Wohnung selber wurde vor ca. vier Jahr komplett saniert und alles Lebensnotwendige (Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, usw.) ist vorhanden. Miete beträgt 370 € inklusive BK, HK, Strom und exkl. Internet.
Zur Lage-die Wohnung befindet sich in der Jakob-Redtenbachergasse in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Man kann zu Fuß den Jakominiplatz (7min) und die Neue Technik (8min) sehr gut erreichen. Weiters ist der Augarten (5min) für jegliche sportliche Aktivitäten auch nicht weit entfernt.
Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind zwei junge, aufgeschlossene Mädels die hier in Graz arbeiten (Product Manager) bzw. studieren (Technical Chemistry).

The whole apartment is 90m2 which includes a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a separate toilet, a large hallway, three bedrooms, a kitchen (with dishwasher) and a balcony. The apartment is on the fifth floor of a newly renovated (2016) apartment building. The room is 22m2 with a wall with multiple windows and an own balcony, which allows for plenty of light to flow through. The room is easily furnished as it is rectangular and it can be taken fully furnished.
The apartment is located on Jakob-Redtenbacher Gasse, next to the Augarten Art Hotel. For sport enthusiasts the Augarten Park is just a few meters away. Furthermore the Apartment is only a few steps away from the Finanzamt and the KIZ Royal Kino. You can reach Jakominiplatz within 7 minutes walk or 2 minutes on the tram. The TU Graz can be reached within 10 minutes by foot. In 10 minutes by bike you can be at the Karl-Franzens University. Even with its central location the apartment is in a quiet location.
The Rent is 370€ (incl. Heating, Electricity).
The move in date is negotiable, but not before the beginnen of July.
