Ich suche einen Nachmieter/in für mein 26 qm großes Zimmer mit eigenem "MIni" Balkon und Kamin. Die Wohnung (96 qm) teilt sich auf in Dusche, separatem WC und Küche mit Balkon zum Innenhof.
Die Möbel würde ich gerne bevorzugt gegen eine Ablöse von 300 VB im Zimmer belassen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Augartens. Ein Supermarkt (Spar) ist keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Jakominiplatz ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Deine Mitbewohner sind ein 21 jähriger Biomedical Engineering Student und 26 jähriger Elektrotechnik Student, die gerne zusammen Kochen oder das ein oder andere Bier trinken.
In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, ein Staubsauger, ein WLan Drucker und ein großer Gefrierschrank für eine gemeinsame Nutzung. Hierfür ist ein Abschlag von 200 Euro zu zahlen, denn du bei Auzug natürlich wiederbekommst.
