Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, einem kleinen Durchgangs-Zimmer, einem Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, einer neuen Küche mit Geschirrspüler, und einem großen, westseitigen Balkon.
Das Zimmer hat ca 13m² und bietet durch den Einbaukasten und die Laden unter dem Bett sehr viel Stauraum. Ausgestattet ist es mit dem Kasten, einem Schreibtisch + Stuhl, einem 140x200-Bett, einem Kleiderständer und einer Stereoanlage.
The flat consists of two private rooms, a small room, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a nice and sunny balcony.
Your room with a size of 13m² has a lot of storage place. It is furnished with the wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a bed (140x200) and a stereo.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen.
Straßenbahnen der Linie 4 und 5 sind eine Minute entfernt (Finanzamt). Von dort fährt man mit der Altstadtbim zwei Stationen gratis. Der Jakominiplatz und die Altstadt sind zufuß in 5min zu erreichen. Auf die TU fährt man mit dem Rad gerade einmal 5min, zur KF ca. 10min.
Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Schritte vom Augarten entfernt, dadurch - und durch den sonnigen Balkon - ist man ganz schnell in der Natur.
Eine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es Lebensmittelgeschäfte, eine Apotheke, einen Bankomaten usw.
The flat is located in the center of Graz.
The tram station "Finanzamt" is only one minute away. The tram is free for two stations from there. The "Jakominiplatz" and the old town are in 5min walking distance.
It's 5min by bike to Technical University and about 10min to Karl-Franzens-University.
Augarten - a nice park next to the Mur - is very close and for groceries, pharmacies, ATM etc. you only have to walk one minute.
Du teilst die Wohnung mit Johanna, einer 22-jährigen Lehramt-Studentin mit ihrem eigenen Modelabel. Sie ist eine so tolle Mitbewohnerin, dass ich sie nur ungern verlasse, denn sie ist hilfsbereit, verlässlich und immer für ein Tratscherl zu haben.. Wir lieben es gemeinsam zu jausnen und zu basteln. Du kannst dich wirklich auf sie freuen!!!
You'll share the flat with Johanna, a 22-year-old student of teaching, who has her own fashion label. She is very kind, helpful and reliable. We love to sit together for dinner and handicrafting. I'm sure you'll like her and she is also looking forward to meeting you.
Zusätzlich zur Wohnung kann auch mein Fahrrad ohne zusätzliche Kosten benutzt werden.
Wenn du dich für die Wohnung interessierst, melde dich einfach. Sie kann jederzeit besichtigt werden.
Vom Datum her könnten wir auch noch verhandeln wenn du früher/später ein/ausziehen möchtest. Ich freue mich von dir zu hören! :)
