Hi, wir suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere WG, die Wohnung (Altbau) liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat 3 getrennt begehbare Zimmer + Küche, außerdem sind Bad und WC getrennt. Küche wird mit allem ausgestattet und kann mitbenutzt werden, aber das Zimmer selbst wird unmöbliert angeboten. Eine durch eine Leiter erreichbare erhöhte Etage, die meist als Bett genutzt wurde, ist vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind mit Fernwärme geheizt und des Weiteren gibt es Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Garten im Innenhof.
Man erreicht mit dem Fahrrad in 3 min den Jakominiplatz, Neue Technik 1 min und in 8 min die KF-Uni.
Zu Fuß: Der Spar ist 3 min entfernt sowie Bim 4, 5 und 6.
Ahja und 2 weitere Mitbewohner sind Katzen ;)

Hi, we are looking for a new flat mate in our flat share.
The Apartment is located at the ground floor and has three own accessible rooms and a kitchen in addition, bath and toilet are separated. The kitchen will be completely furnished, so you can use it, but your room itself will be unfurnished (except a bed). The rooms are heated by teleheating. You can also use a shared garden in the curtilage.
You can reach by bicycle: 3 min Jakominiplatz, Graz University of Technology (TU New Technology) in 1 min, and 8 min University of Graz.
The next grocery is reachable by foot in 3 min just like the tramway 4, 5 and 6.
oh and 2 cats are also living here.
