Die Wohnung hat 83 m2, einen 7 m2 Balkon, ein Kellerabteil, ein sicheres Platzerl für Dein Rad und einen Lift.
Sie ist folgendermaßen aufgeteilt: großer offener Wohn- Essraum mit Küche, Abstellkammerl/Garderobe/Katzenklo, WC, Bad (mit Wanne!), dein Zimmer, Carmens Zimmer, Balkon (mit Blick auf Schlossberg und Schöckl). Trotz Dachgeschoss im Sommer nicht zu heiß!
Das Zimmer hat zwei Dachfenster, eine süße Stiege, eine praktische kleine Höhle für jeglichen Kram und einen echt hübschen weißen Ikea Schrank (falls du den haben willst).
Verkehrsverbindung an Öffis ist sehr gut, du gehst 3 Minuten zur Bim/Bus Station.
Merkur ist in 3 Gehminuten erreichbar, Apotheke, Bank, Hofer, Spar, Post in ca 6 Gehminuten.
Es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist mit dem Rad alles flott erreichbar ✌🏼
Deine Mitbewohnerin (Carmen) ist super lieb, lustig, ordentlich, verlässlich und kocht gerne und meeeega gut! Du kannst immer fein mit ihr am Balkon chillen, ein paar trinken und tratschen.
Vielleicht suchst du eher schon einen Rückzugsort als eine Party-WG (Partys aber nicht ausgeschlossen) und willst mal ankommen.
Achja, eine Katze wohnt bereits hier, Deine wäre auch voll willkommen!
