Da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe, habe ich beschlossen, mein WG Zimmer aufzugeben.
Mein Zimmer liegt südseitig und hat einen herrlichen Ausblick.
17 Quadratmeter groß mit einer sympathischen Nische, kann man seiner Kreativität beim Einrichten freien Lauf lassen.
Ich werde meine Möbel mitnehmen, also kannst Du deiner Kreativität freien Lauf lassen!
Einer meiner Mitbewohner hat einen eigenen Internet-Tarif, bei dem Du Dich für 10€ im Monat einkaufen kannst.
I am moving in with my girlfriend, thus I have decided to say farewell to my beloved shared room.
The room is facing south and comes with a wonderful view.
You would be moving into a 17 square meters sized room with a rather sympathetic corner.
Because I am taking my furniture with me, you can let your creativity flow while furnishing the room.
One of my roomates has an internet flatrate, for 10€ a month you're also in.
Die Wohnung liegt superzentral, weniger als 5 Minuten vom Jakominiplatz(Grazer Hauptumsteigepunkt) und 5 Minuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt.
Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln(oder mit dem Fahrrad) erreicht man alle Universitäten (Karl Franzens Universität, Technische Universität, Medizinische Universität, Kunstuniversität), sowie die FH Johanneum in einer Viertelstunde.
Durch die Innenstadtlage sind Supermärkte, andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants, Fitnessstudios, Bibliotheken, die Oper, das Schauspielhaus, sowie 2 Parks (Stadtpark und Augartenpark) in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Außerdem befindet sich vor der Haustüre eine Busstation.
The apartment is as central as can be. Within 5 minutes walking distance you reach Hauptplatz(main square) aswell as Jakominiplatz (most important public transport place).
Within 10 minutes walking distance you have got the famous opera, the graz theatre, shopping facilites, gyms, libraries, bars, restaurants, aswell as 2 parks (Stadtpark and Augartenpark, which comes with a beautiful riverside, perfect for a walk, a run etc.)
All universities aswell as FH Johanneum can be reached within 15 minutes by public transport or bike.
Regarding public transport there is a bus station right infront of the house.
David Johannes und Nicolas sind 3 sehr gesellige, nette Menschen, die alle studieren.
David studiert Toningenieurswesen.
Johannes studiert Psychologie.
Nicolas studiert Biomedizintechnik.
Wir sind keine Zweck WG. Wir sitzen gerne am Abend mit einem Bier zusammen und hören Musik oder reden. Da wir alle sehr verschiedene Studienrichtungen eingeschlagen und Interessen haben, ergeben sich oft wirklich interessante Gespräche.
David, Johannes und Nicolas, are 3 nice people all of whom are university students.
Johannes is doing his batchelor programm in psychology.
David is doing his batcherlor programm in sound ingeneering.
Nicolas is doing his batchelor in biomedical engineering.
We are not a community of convenience. We are friends. We like to talk to eachother, listen to music and have the occasional beer together. The different directions of studies and interests often lead to very interesting conversations.
