A room is fairly big and spacious (cca 17 square meters) with a good position so it gets a lot of light during the whole day. It is fully furnished: a 140x200 bed, desk, chair, big wardrobe, a drawer and a night table. All the pieces of furniture are in very good condition.
The flat is located in Steyrergasse 136, on the second floor. It is a very quite street right next to Augarten park. The location of the flat is great because it is possible to get almost anywhere by bike or on foot. Jakominiplatz and Hauptplatz are 3-5 minutes away by bike, shopping mall Citypark also 3-5 by bike. TU locations like Infeldgasse or Neue Technik are 5-8 minutes away by bike. There are super markets like Billa and Spar only 100-200m away from the flat, as well as the bus stop.
There are currently 2 more students in the flat. Stefano (28) from Italy and Hannes (28) from Austria. They are both very well mannered and easy-going. They are really communicative so you won't have any problems with them and they will surely help you with anything you might need.
The flat consists of 3 rooms, a shared kitchen and a bahtroom. The kitchen is very big and fully equipped, as well as the bathroom. There is a washing machine and the dishwasher.
