Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und Richtung Süd-Osten ausgerichtet. Zwei große Fenster sorgen für reichlich Sonnenlicht. Durch die für einen Altbau typischen hohen Wände erscheint das Zimmer hell und geräumig.
Das Zimmer ist zwar straßenseitig gelegen, dennoch relativ ruhig, da die Straße nur wenig befahren wird.
Das Mobiliar kann bei Interesse abgelöst werden.

Die Wohnung besteht aus fünf Schlafzimmer, einer Küche, zwei WCs und einem Badezimmer.
Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Drucker und Internet (bereits im Preis inbegriffen) sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
-> Gemeinschaftsgarten
Den Bewohnern der WG steht zusätzlich noch ein Gemeinschaftsgarten zur Verfügung. Dieser wird vor allem im Sommer zum gemeinsamen Grillen oder einfach zum Sonne-Tanken genutzt.
Sowohl direkt vor dem Haus als auch im Gemeinschaftsgarten befindet sich ein Fahrradabstellplatz.

The room is approx. 20 square meters, facing south-east. Two large windows provide plenty of sunlight. The room appears bright and spacious due to the high walls typical of an old building.
Although the room faces the street, it is relatively quiet as there is little traffic on the street.
The furniture can be taken over if interested.
-> Flat
The flat consists of five bedrooms, a kitchen, two WCs and a bathroom.
Dishwasher, washing machine, printer and internet (already included in the price) are also available.
-> Garden
The residents of the flat share also have access to the garden. This is mainly used in summer for barbecues or simply to take some sun.
There is a bicycle parking space directly in front of the house as well as in the garden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die nächsten Bim-Stationen, sowie die Neue TU sind in ca. fünf Geh-Minuten erreichbar. Auch der Jakominiplatz, als ÖPNV-Knotenpunkt, liegt nur zehn Geh-Minuten entfernt. So können sowohl mit den Öffis als auch mit dem Rad alle wichtigen Orte in Graz schnell und bequem erreicht werden. Die KF-Universität ist beispielsweise in 10 Fahrradminuten erreichbar.

The flat is very centrally located. The nearest tram stops and the Neue TU are just a five-minute walk away. Jakominiplatz, the public transport hub, is also just a ten-minute walk away. This means that all important places in Graz can be reached quickly and easily both by public transport and by bike. The KF University, for example, can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
Zurzeit setzt sich die WG aus Carl (28), Lukas (26), Julia (23) und mir (26) zusammen. Da Carl aus Frankreich kommt wird sich in unserer WG auch hin und wieder auf Englisch unterhalten. Ab Juni zieht vermutlich Praneeth aus Indien anstatt von Julia ein.
Unsere Freizeit nutzen wir oft für sportliche Aktivitäten, wie etwa Beach-Volleyball, Radfahren oder einem Besuch im Fitness-Studio. Schöne Tage verbringen wir auch gerne im nahe gelegenen Augarten oder im Stadtpark (Spike-Ball und Co).
Vor allem an den Wochenenden wird häufig gemeinsam gekocht und gegessen oder wir sitzen einfach gemütlich auf 1-2 Getränke beisammen. Auch backen wir innerhalb der WG gerne, weshalb es meist auch einen Kuchen für den Nachmittagskaffee gibt.
Im Haus gibt es auch eine Katze, welche sich gerne im Garten streicheln lässt und auch (vor allem im Winter) häufig zu uns in die Wohnung kommt.
Auch wenn sich ein Leben zu fünft in einer Wohnung vielleicht viel anhören mag, habe ich in meinen sechs Jahren in der WG nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Alle WG-Mitglieder sind auf Sauberkeit und Rücksicht bedacht, sodass jeder seine Ruhe finden kann, sollte er diese brauchen. Auch bei der gemeinsamen Benutzung der Küche oder des Bads kam es nie zu Komplikationen oder lange Wartezeiten.

The flat share currently consists of Carl (28), Lukas (26), Julia (23) and me (26). As Carl comes from France, we occasionally speak English in our shared flat. From June, Praneeth from India will probably move in instead of Julia.
We often use our free time for sport activities, such as beach volleyball, cycling or going to the gym. We also like to spend nice days in the nearby Augarten park or in Stadtpark (spike ball ...).
At weekends in particular, we often cook and eat together or simply sit together for a cosy drink or two. We also like to bake, which is why there is usually a cake for afternoon coffee.
There is also a cat in the house that likes to be pett in the garden and often comes to our flat (especially in winter).
Even though living with five people in a flat may sound like a lot, I've only had positive experiences in my six years in the flat share. All the flatmates are careful to be clean and respectful, so that everyone can find peace and quiet if they need it. Even when sharing the kitchen or bathroom, there were never any complications or long waiting times.
Das Zimmer kann ab sofort bezogen werden.
