Ich bin die Hanna und bin wahrscheinlich den ganzen August in Spanien/Portugal und dann im August noch Kroatien mit der family, deswegen vermiete ich mein Zimmer über den Sommer!
Das Zimmer liegt zwar auf der Nordseite, bekommt aber durch das große Fenster genug Licht.🌞
Durch das Fenster blickt man auf die Annenstraße, wo es immer irgendwas zum Schauen gibt :D
Da das Zimmer (Zimmer 4) einen coolen Wandschrank besitzt, reicht der Platz locker für die anderen Möbel oder Einrichtung (siehe Bilder). Die Einrichtung wird sich noch ein wenig verändern, aber keine Sorge es gibt alles was man braucht.
Die 335 € Miete sind pro Monat gerechnet, also das kommt ganz darauf an wie lange du bleibst und wird natürlich angepasst :)

I am the Hanna and am probably the whole of August in Spain / Portugal and then in August still Croatia with the family, so I rent my room over the summer!
The room is on the north side, but gets enough light through the large window.🌞
Through the window you look at the Annenstraße, where there is always something to look at :D
Since the room (room 4) has a cool closet, the space is easily enough for the other furniture or furnishings (see pictures). The furnishings will still change a little, but do not worry there is everything you need.
The 335 € rent are calculated per month, so that depends on how long you stay and will of course be adjusted :)
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Annenstraße.
Die Bimlinien 1,4,6,7 und Buslinien 40 und 67 liegen quasi vor der Haustür (Haltestelle Roseggerhaus). Mit der Bim ist man in 5 Minuten am Hauptplatz/Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem Rad in ca. 10 min sogar im Univiertel :)
Diverse Supermärkte, Gemüseläden und Barbershops sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt (Zum Billa schafft mans sogar mit Hausschuhen).
⚠️ cooler Funfact: Da sich die WG über dem Annenhof-Kino befindet, riechts am Balkon manchmal nach Popcorn :)
Da der Balkon auf der Südseite liegt, ist er ein wahres Paradies für Sonnenanbeter*innen! 🌞

The apartment is centrally located in Annenstraße.
The bus lines 1,4,6,7 and bus lines 40 and 67 are virtually at the doorstep (Roseggerhaus stop). With the Bim you are in 5 minutes at the main square / main station. By bike in about 10 minutes even in the university quarter :)
Various supermarkets, organic shops and barbershops are only a stone's throw away (you can even get to Billa with slippers).
⚠️ fun fact: Since the WG is located above the Annenhof cinema, the balcony sometimes smells of popcorn :)
Since the balcony is on the south side, it is a true paradise for sun worshippers! 🌞
Da sich die vorherige WG auflöst, ist die Konstellation neu.
Ganz sicher wirst du mit Maja zusammenleben. Sie studiert Jus und macht ist im August in Graz. Sie kann dir sicher etwas in Graz empfehlen zum feiern, schmökern oder schmausen! Du kannst aber auch ganz deine Ruhe haben und die Wohnung zum schlafen, chillen und/oder arbeiten verwenden. :)
Die beiden anderen Mitbewohnis müssen wir noch finden, kann ich dir dann aber bescheid geben, damit du weißt mit wem du zusammenwohnst für 1-2 Monate :)

For sure you will live together with Maja. She is studying law and will be in Graz in August. She can recommend you something in Graz to celebrate, browse or feast! But you can also have your peace and use the apartment for sleeping, chilling and/or working. :)
The two other Mitbewohnis we still have to find, I can then but let you know, so you know with whom you live together for 1-2 months :)
