WG Zimmer (PROVISIONSFREI)

In unserer feinen Wohnung wird ab Anfang/Mitte Dezember (ist aber flexibel) ein schönes Zimmer frei, deshalb suchen wir eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Doblergasse 1, 8020 Graz.
Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Rad in unter 5 min erreichbar, zu den Unis (TU, FH und KF) benötigt man etwa 5-10 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gleich ums Eck zu finden (Spar, Billa, Bipa, Hofer, etc.). Der Hauptbahnhof Graz ist in ca. 7 min erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle Marienplatz sowie die Bimhaltestelle Esperantoplatz sind ca. 3-5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Beschreibung:
Das Zimmer ist etwa 11 m2 groß und besitzt ein fix eingebautes Hochbett, weshalb die gesamte Zimmerfläche als Wohnraum nutzbar ist. Einige Möbel können gerne nach Vereinbarung übernommen werden.
Ansonsten findet man in der 84 m2 WG alles was man zum Leben braucht, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, ein geräumiges Bad mit Waschmaschine und einen kleinen, südlich ausgerichteten Sonnenbalkon.
Kosten:
Die Miete inkl. Betriebskosten, Strom, Heizung, WLAN, und alle anderen Kosten ist EUR 305/Monat (alles inkl.). Kaution ist 933 Euro.
Mitbewohnerin/Mitbwohner:
Es handelt sich um eine 3er WG mit zwei sehr netten Mitbewohnern. Beide sind berufstätig und manchmal wird abends gemeinsam gekocht und getratscht. Am besten wäre es natürlich, wenn ihr einmal vorbei kommt und euch selbst ein Bild von der Lage macht. ;-)

Room in shared flat (no commission fee)
In our nice flat there will be one room available from 1st/15th (but rather flexible) of December so we are looking for a new flatmate.
Location:
The address of the flat is Doblergasse 1, 8020 Graz, which is very close to city center.
o 5-10min by bike to universities (TU, FH und KF)
o Close to train station (600m)
o Close to bus and tram station (300-400 m)
o Supermarkets are just around the corner (Spar, Billa, Bipa, Hofer, etc.)
Flat condition:
The room is about 11 m2 with a loft bed, so the total size of the room can be used as living area.
The flat is 84m2, where you have a well-furnished kitchen with dish washer, a spacious bathroom with washing machine, and a small but sunny cozy balcony.
Cost:
The rent includes everything such as operating cost, electricity, heating and WLAN. Total price is 305 euro/month. Deposit is 933 euro.
Roommates:
The flat will be shared by 3 persons. You will have two super nice, friendly roommates (one female/one male). They are both working now, so normally we meet in the evening in the flat. We sometimes cook together and have chats with each other.
