Wir sind zwei Studenten, die einen neuen Mitbewohner suchen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hat zwei große Fenster, die natürliches Licht bringen.
Ein Teil der Möbel wird im Zimmer bleiben, als Geschenk für unseren neuen Mitbewohner.

Jede Person in der Wohnung hat Privatsphäre und kann ohne Unannehmlichkeiten studieren und arbeiten.
Es gibt viele Supermärkte (Billa, Spar, Merkur) im Umkreis von 100 Metern um die Wohnung herum.
Das Stadtzentrum ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt auch viele orientalische Geschäfte rund um, die große Obst, Gemüse und Gewürze haben.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist nicht mehr als 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Straßenbahnstation ist nur 50 Meter entfernt. (Linie 1,3,5,6,7)
Ich und mein anderer Mitbewohner sind Studenten. Wir mögen es, zusammen zu kochen und Filme zu sehen. Wir sind sehr chill und haben keine strengen Regeln. Wir sprechen sowohl Englisch als auch Deutsch. Rauchen im Appartement ist erlaubt, aber wenn Sie den Rauch nicht mögen, werden wir dafür sorgen, dass die Küche und andere gemeinsame Räume gelüftet werden
