ZWISCHENMIETE/SUBLET mid FEB.- mid SEPT. - Zentrale WG in Lend/Graz

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock in der Volksgartenstraße zwischen dem Styria Center und dem Volksgarten auf der Straßenzugewandten Seite, was für mich aber nie ein Problem war, da es sich um einen renovierten Altbau mit sehr Schalldichten Fenster handelt. Im Nebenhaus befindet sich ein Eurospar und ein Bipa. Ein Billa sowie eine Apotheke sind 4 Gehminuten entfernt und ein Wochenmarkt findet täglich auf den 8 Gehminuten entfernten Lendplatz statt. Dort sind auch einige Bars, Imbissstände und Restaurants. Die Straßenbahnstation Rosseggerhaus, welche von allen Linien außer zwei angefahren wird ist auch gleich ums Eck. Von dort fährt man zwei Stationen zum Bahnhof in die eine und ebenfalls nur zwei Stationen in die andere Richtung in die Innenstadt, was aber auch zu fuß bewältigbar ist. Zur FH Joanneum fährt man vier Stationen, zur TU fünf und die KF Uni erreicht man glaube ich am besten mit dem Bus.

The flat is located in the second floor in the Volksgartenstraße between the Volksgarten and the Styria Center on the side of the street, which wasn´t ever a problem for me because it is a renovated building with windows that are pretty soundproof. In the very next house there is a grocery store “Eurospar” and a Drugstore “Bipa”. A Billa as well as a pharmacy is four minutes by foot and there is a daily farmers market on the Lendplatz, which is about eight minutes by foot. On the Lendplatz there are also some bars, food stands and restaurants. The tram station Rosseggerhaus is right around the corner where all except two tramlines stop at. From there it takes two stations to the main railway station in one direction and two stations to the centre in the other which also can be done by foot easily. To the FH Joanneum it takes four Stations, to the TU five and the KF University is best reached by bus.

Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit meinem Freund Emil teilen, er bewohnt das Zimmer auf der anderen Seite der Küche. Er studiert Medizin und geht, wenn er Zeit hat Trial Biken und ins Fitnessstudio. In der Früh sahen wir uns kaum, da er meistens länger schläft als ich, es ist aber kein Problem zu frühstücken, während er noch schläft. Abends kochen wir meistens gemeinsam und kaufen auch Dinge, welche von beiden gebraucht werden, gemeinsam ein. Am Wochenende kommt meistens seine Freundin auf Besuch.

You would share the flat with my friend Emil, he is living in the room on the other side of the kitchen. He is studying medicine and goes to trial biking or to the gym in his free time. In the morning we usually don´t see each other, because he sleeps longer than me most of the time, but it is no problem having breakfast, while he is still sleeping. In the evening we usually cook together and share the cost of things we use equally. On most weekend his girlfriend comes to visit.

Leider haben wir kein Wlan in der Wohnung, da wir beide unsere mobilen Daten nutzen, es ist aber ein moblier Router da und es gibt super angebote von Hofer und co. welche man für die kurze Zeit besorgen kann.. Emil hilft dir da sicher gerne.

Unfortunatly we do not have wlan because we both use our mobile data, but we still have a mobile router, which you can get a sim card for cheap, for this short period of time. Emil is sure happy to help you with that.
