Located in the heart of Graz (Keplerbrücke). 20 m2 furnished room in a shared apartment (68,96 m2) with a lovely roommate named Julia (Primary School Teacher, 26 years old). The apartment consists of two bedrooms, an extra kitchen (+ dishwasher), bathroom with washingmachine, an extra toilet and a small but charming balcony. We moved in one and a half years ago and it was freshly renovated. It is a typical old Austrian building with large rooms and high walls, its definitely a lovely place to stay. The building also has an elevator. All universities are easy and fast to reach by bus and/or tram or also by bike. Right next to the apartment are grocery stores, restaurants, a gym and also for all party-lovers nightclubs are nearby. Like I said the location is near the city center, so everything is easy to reach. The monthly rent is 489€ in total (with wifi).

20 m2 großes vollmöbliertes Zimmer in einer 2er WG mit ganz(!) lieber Mitbewohnerin (Julia, Volksschullehrerin, 26 Jahre). Die Altbau-Charme-Wohnung ist insgesamt 68,96 m2 groß und befindet sich in super zentraler Lage (Keplerbrücke), bestehend aus zwei separat begehbaren Zimmern, einer Küche (+ Geschirrspüler) mit Essbereich, großem Bad mit Waschmaschine, kleinem aber gemütlichem Balkon und einer getrennt begehbaren Toilette. Im Haus befindet sich auch noch ein Lift. Wir sind vor eineinhalb Jahren eingezogen und davor wurde die gesamte Wohnung komplett saniert und renoviert. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Bim- und Busstationen. Das meiste ist zu Fuß oder mindestens mit dem Rad erreichbar. Alle Universitäten sind ganz einfach mit Bus/Bim oder Rad erreichbar. Zusätzlich befinden sich auch Nachtclubs ein paar Gehminuten von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 489€ (alles inklusive + Wlan).
