The room is around 15m2 and contains all my furniture (wardrobe, dresser, desk, chair, bed, bedside table) and has a small balcony with a table and two chairs. The balcony is overlooking the courtyard and is therefore very quiet at night. There is also no noise coming from the neighbours, the only noise is coming from within the apartment, however your flatmates are also quiet people. The rooms you will share is the bathroom (bathtub and washing machine!), separate toilet, kitchen/living area and a large hallway which is perfect for drying clothes. There are also two kittens in the flat, you don’t have to contribute with anything regarding them, however this makes this apartment NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH CAT ALLERGIES. The apartment is on the third floor but there is an elevator. The balcony is connected to your room and your room only.

Das Zimmer ist circa 15m2 und beinhaltet alle meine Möbel (Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Bett, Nachttisch). Der Balkon (ausgestattet mit einem Tisch und 2 Sessel) ist im Innenhof und es ist deswegen auch nicht laut, von den Nachbarn bekommt man ebenfalls kaum was mit, die einzigen Geräusche kommen von innerhalb der Wohnung, aber die Mitbewohner sind sehr ruhige Menschen. Die Räume die man sich teilt sind das Badezimmer (mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine!), separatem WC, Küche/Wohnbereich und ein großes Vorzimmer in dem man gut seine Wäsche trocknen kann. Es sind auch 2 Kätzchen in der Wohnung, es wird nicht erwartet, dass du einen Beitrag bezüglich denen leistest, allerdings ist diese Wohnung deswegen NICHT GEEIGNET FÜR MENSCHEN MIT KATZENALLERGIE. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock mit Aufzug. Der Balkon gehört nur dir.
The old campus of TU Graz is 500m away and the new campus is right around the corner. Tram stations (line 1,3,6,7) are all within walking distance and within a 5min walk you can reach Dietrichsteinplatz with grocery stores and all kinds of shops. You’re pretty central and even FH Joanneum is reachable within 15 minutes. All relevant party locations are also reachable by foot.

Die alte Technik ist circa 500m zu Fuß, die neue Technik befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Die Bimstationen (Linie 1,3,6,7) sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar und in circa 5 Minuten erreicht man den Dietrichsteinplatz, mit einem Supermarkt und sonstigen Geschäften. Man ist sehr zentral und auch die FH Joanneum ist in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Alle relevanten Partylocations sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
Your flatmates will be Pepsi & Spezi (the cats), Tanja (24) who works as an office assistant and Nika (20) who’s currently doing an apprenticeship as a software engineer. They’re both nerdy and easy-going people so you will have your peace and quiet, however if you do want to befriend them, they’re very nice (and might even cook food for you if you’re nice).
I’m Elisabeth (21) and studying healthcare computer science at FH Joanneum, I’m going to study abroad for the fall semester.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Pepsi & Spezi (die Katzen), Tanja (24) die als Bürohilfe arbeitet und Nika (20) die eine Ausbildung zum Software Engineer absolviert. Beide sind Nerds und eher zurückhaltend, also wirst du deine nötige Ruhe haben, falls du dich doch mit ihnen anfreunden willst sind sie ebenfalls offen dafür (vielleicht kochen sie ja sogar für dich mal mit). Ich bin Elisabeth (21) und studiere eHealth auf der FH Joanneum, ich bin ab Herbst im Auslandssemester.
Since you will take over all my furniture, I would ask you to pay a deposit of 200€ which you would obviously get back if no furniture gets damaged during your stay (if you’re allowing the cats into your room I’m obviously expecting certain damage from them which you will NOT be held accountable for of course, kittens are unpredictable)

Da du meine Möbel übernimmst, würde ich eine Kaution von 200€ verlangen, die du natürlich zurückbekommen wirst, wenn alle Möbel unversehrt bleiben. (Falls du die Katzen in dein Zimmer lässt erwarte ich natürlich einige Schäden, die du NICHT bezahlen musst, da Kätzchen gerne ein bisschen unvorhersehbar sind)
Besichtigungen können in Person und auch online passieren, einfach anschreiben und wir werden eine Lösung finden 😊
