DE: Das Zimmer befindet sich auf der Südseite, also Sonne gibts genug. 24m^2 groß, also Platz ohne Ende. Ansonsten besteht die Wohnung aus 3 weiteren Zimmern, einer Toilette, geräumigem Bad mit Badewanne, einer Küche, von der man in die Speisekammer als auch auf den Balkon kommt. Der Balkon schaut in Richtung Innenhof, also man hat seine Ruhe, alles ist grün und man kann ungestörte Schwätzchen mit den Nachbarn halten (die wir alle kennen und mit denen wir uns gut verstehen -> feiern ist kein Problem für sie).
Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet (d.h. Bett mit Lattenrost ohne Matratze, 2 Couchsesseln, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Couchtisch, Kasten, Kleiderschrank und ein weiterer Tisch können mir abgekauft werden). Es befindet sich am Ende des Gangs neben der Küche, also ist sehr ruhig und ist kein Durchgangszimmer.
Im Zimmer funktioniert alles (Steckdosen, Rollo, Fenster,...), der Holzboden knarzt an einer Stelle ein bisschen, ist aber halb so schlimm.
Sonst passt die Wohnung auch ganz gut, sie ist groß genug für 4 Leute (4 Zimmer), ist komplett ausgestattet, alle Geräte funktionieren (teilweise besser als vorher, da wir handwerklich begabt sind haha). Die Nachbarn sind auch leise by the way.
Haben außerdem nen kleinen Garten im Innenhof und einen mit Sonne (dort wird oft gegrillt und gechillt und Kaffe getrunken). Zudem gibts ein Kellerabteil und nen Fahrradkeller.
EN: The room is on the south side, so there's plenty of sun. It is 24m^2 in size, so there is plenty of space. Otherwise, the flat consists of 3 further rooms, a toilet, spacious bathroom with bathtub, a kitchen from which you can access the pantry as well as the balcony. The balcony looks out onto the inner courtyard, so you have peace and quiet, everything is green and you can chat undisturbed with the neighbours (who we all know and get on well with -> partying is no problem for them).
The room is well equipped (i.e. bed with slatted frame without mattress, 2 armchairs, desk, desk chair, coffee table, chest, wardrobe and another table can be bought from me). It is located at the end of the corridor next to the kitchen, so it is very quiet and is not a walk-through room. Everything in the room works (sockets, blinds, windows), the wooden floor creaks a bit in one place, but it's not that bad.
Otherwise, the flat fits quite well, it's big enough for 4 people (4 rooms), is fully equipped, all appliances work (sometimes better than before, as we are handy :D). The neighbours are also quiet by the way.
We also have a small garden in the courtyard and one with sun (where we often barbecue, chill out and drink coffee). There is also a cellar compartment and a bicycle cellar.
DE: Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Bäckerei Auer (richtig geil wenn man sonst schon kein Morgenmensch ist!). Hofer, Billa, Lidl und Spar sind alle innerhalb von 2-5 Minuten (mit dem Fahrrad) erreichbar. Zu Fuß geht man ca 7 Minuten zum Billa. S-Bahn und Bus (Haltestellen Krenngasse bzw. Schillerplatz) geht man keine 30 Sekunden.
Thema Unis: Alte und neue Technik (TU) sind innerhalb von 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, zur KF sinds 4. Kurz gesagt, man befindet sich ziemlich zentral. Alles ist schnell erreichbar mit nem Fahrrad, Bim fährt vor der Haustür, ins Zentrum braucht man 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Den Rest kannst du auf Google Maps nachschauen, ich weiß ja nicht, wo du hin musst haha :D
EN:There is an Auer bakery directly opposite (really great if you're not a morning person!). Hofer, Billa, Lidl and Spar are all within 2-5 minutes (by bike). The Billa is about a 7-minute walk away. The S-Bahn and bus (Krenngasse and Schillerplatz stops) are less than 30 seconds away.
On the subject of universities: Old and new technology (TU) can be reached within 3 minutes by bike, to the KF it's 4. In short, you're pretty central. Everything can be reached quickly by bike, the tram stops right outside the front door, and it takes 5 minutes to get to the centre by bike. You can look up the rest on Google Maps, I don't know where you have to go haha :D
DE: Zu den Mitbewohnern:
Einer kommt aus der Steiermark, einer ist halb Tiroler halb Guadalupaner und die dritte Mitbewohnerin kommt aus Marokko. Alle sind sehr offen und freundlich miteinander. Gesprochen wird Deutsch, English und Französisch.
Alle sind sauber, wenn man was dreckig macht, putzt man es halt schnell weg. Offizieller "Putztag" ist Sonntag. Halbe Stunde, einer macht die Küche, einer das Bad, einer Klo und Müll, einer saugt die Wohnung und einer wischt (oder so ähnlich). Funktioniert gut und passt für alle. Sollte dir auch passen, aber die Details musst du dann mit ihnen klären :D
Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut, es ist alles andere als eine Zweck-WG, ab un zu kochen wir gemeinsam und spielen Karten. Meine Mitbewohner sind einfach nur super, lustig und nett, und das solltest du auch sein. :)
EN:About the flatmates:
One is from Styria, one is half Tyrolean- half Guadalupan and the third flatmate is from Morocco. Everyone is very open and friendly with each other. They speak German, English and French.
Everyone is clean, if you make something dirty, you just clean it up quickly. The official "cleaning day" is Sunday. Half an hour, one does the kitchen, one the bathroom, one the loo and rubbish, one vacuums the flat and one mops (or something like that). It works well and suits everyone. Should suit you too, but you'll have to work out the details with them :D We all get on really well, it's anything but a separate flat share, we cook together from time to time and play cards. My flatmates are just great, funny and nice, and you should be too. :)
DE: Wie gesagt, du solltest nett sein zu den anderen, offen, lustig, sauber, dich an die Regeln halten (diese können klarerweise auch mit den anderen abgestimmt werden, die sind jetzt nicht unverrückbar!). Wenn du was besser machen würdest, kann man sich das ohne Weiteres ausdiskutieren, da wirst du auf offene Ohren stoßen.
Einfach anrufen oder ne Email schreiben, nicht zu früh am Morgen, aber auch nicht in der Nacht :D Solltest du nach dieser Litanei noch Fragen haben, nur raus damit.
Solltest du Interesse haben das Zimmer anschauen zu kommen bitte schreib in die Nachricht eine kurze Vorstellung von dir selbst: (wie alt du bist, was du in Graz machst studieren/arbeiten, was deine Hobbies sind?, etc.)

EN: As I said, you should be nice to the others, open, funny, clean, stick to the rules (these can of course also be agreed with the others, they are not immovable!) If there's something you'd like to do better, it's easy to discuss, and you'll find open ears.
Just call or write an email, not too early in the morning, but not at night either :D If you still have questions after this litany, just ask.
If you are interested in coming to look at the room, please write a short introduction of yourself in the message: (how old you are, what you study/work in Graz, what your hobbies are, etc.).
