Liebe Wohnungssuchende!
Unsere 4er WG sucht ab August ein neues WG Mitglied. Wir suchen jemand der/die das knapp 17m² Zimmer (Zimmer 1B) im Herz-Jesu Viertel beziehen möchte. Die monatlichen Mietkosten (inklusive Heiz- und Betriebskosten) beziehen sich auf 391€ (hinzukommen ca. 10€ Internet, und ca. 30€ Strom). Gerne können wir einen Video Call vereinbaren, in dem wir dir die Wohnung und das Zimmer nochmal zeigen und wir uns kennen lernen können. Oder du kommst einfach mal vorbei :)
Zudem haben wir ein Kellerabteil, eine Küche mit großem Esstisch und Geschirrspüler, einen grün bepflanzten Balkon mit direkten Blick zur Herz-Jesu Kirche, ein sehr geräumiges Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und eingebauten Wandradio, ein separates WC mit Waschmaschine und einen großen Flur.
Die Wohnung wurde erst kürzlich saniert und kann in manchen Räumen mit Bodenheizung beheizt werden.

Dear apartment seekers!
Our flat-sharing group of 4 is looking for a new flat-sharing member from June. We are looking for someone who would like to move into the ~17m² room (room 1B) in the Herz-Jesu Viertel. The monthly rent (including heating and operating costs) is also 391€ (plus about 10€ internet, and about 30€ electricity). We can arrange a video call, in which we can show you the apartment and the room again and we can get to know each other. Or you can just come by :)
In addition, we have a basement compartment, a kitchen with large dining table and dishwasher, a green planted balcony with direct view to the Sacred Heart Church, a very spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and built-in wall radio, a separate toilet with washing machine and a large hallway.
The apartment was recently renovated and can be heated in some rooms with floor heating.
Die WG liegt im Herz Jesu Viertel. In 2 Minuten ist man beim Billa, in 5 Minuten beim nächsten Spar. Die alte Technik und due KUG sind auch nur 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Zur KF braucht man 5 min mit dem Rad. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.

The apartment is close to the Herz-Jesu church, which is a very quiet area. Local supermarkets are close by (2-5 min by foot). The technical university as well as the the university of performing arts can be reached in 3 min by foot. The university of Graz can be reached in 5 min by bike.
Wir sind sehr unkompliziert, weder Putzfreaks noch Messies und pflegen ein ruhiges, gemütliches WG-Leben. Sehr gerne kochen (vegetarisch) und essen wir zusammen und obwohl wir uns gerne mal in der Küche oder am Balkon verquatschen, schätzen wir auch Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Außerdem genießen wir gerne gemeinsam die Natur, Kultur und Musik.
Wir sind:

Elisa ist 24, studiert Global Studies mag Musik, kreatives Basteln und lange Spaziergänge/Wanderungen.
Martin ist 25, studiert Architektur im Master, kocht gerne, macht viel Sport und ist gern draußen in der Natur.
Da mit Mitte August noch ein Zimmer frei wird und du noch jemanden kennst der auch hier leben möchte, können auch gerne beide Zimmer übernommen werden.

We are not very complicated and like to maintain a quiet, cozy shared apartment life. We are neither cleaning freaks, nor really messy. We like to cook (mostly vegetarian) and eat together sometimes as well as having long chats in the kitchen or on our balcony. We also like to enjoy music, cultural events or nature together, but we also value privacy and tranquility.

Elisa is 24 years old, studies Global Studies, likes music, handicrafts, nature and sports.
