Da unsere Mitbewohnerin Ende Dezember auszieht, wird in unsere 4er WG ab 01.01.2024 ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 20m2 groß, du hast somit genug Platz für alles, was du brauchst. Außerdem wird es ohne Möbel vermietet, das heißt, du kannst es einrichten, wie du willst.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und verfügt über einen Aufzug. Sie besteht aus einem Vorraum, 4 Schlafzimmer, einem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, einem getrennten WC, zwei Abstellräumen und einer Küche mit Balkon. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine und Mikrowelle haben wir auch noch.

Since our roommate is moving out at the end of December, we are looking for someone to take her room.
The room is around 20m2 and it’s unfurnished.
The apartment is on the second floor and it has an elevator. It has 4 bedrooms, a bath with shower and tub, a separate wc, a storage room, a pantry and a kitchen.
Washing machine, dishwasher and microwave are also included.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Merangasse, in der perfekten Lage.
Die Uni ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle der Linie 63 ist direkt vor der Wohnung, und in einer Minute erreichst du auch die Linien 1, 7 und 64.
Mit der Bim bist du in 5 Minuten beim Jakominiplatz.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in der Nähe bietet ein Spar oder Lidl.
Alle Lokale des Univiertels sind auch in der näheren Umgebung.

The apartment is located in the Merangasse, in a perfect position. The university can be reached within 5 walking minutes, the bus stop of line 63 is right in front of the apartment, and in one minute you can also reach lines 1, 7 and 64.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohner sind Martina, Ana und Jakob.
Martina ist 21, kommt aus Italien und studiert Pharmazie und Molekularbiologie.
Ana ist bereits berufstätig als Architektin und kommt aus Bosnien.
Jakob ist 22, kommt aus Salzburg und studiert Physik.
Da wir sehr unterschiedlichen Uhrzeiten haben, sehen wir uns nicht so oft, aber wenn wir uns manchmal in der Küche treffen, plaudern wir gerne miteinander.
Das Zusammenleben hat bis jetzt ganz gut funktioniert.

Jakob is 22, comes from Salzburg and studies physics.
Since we have very different schedules, we do not see each other so often, but when we meet sometimes in the kitchen, we like to chat with each other.
Living together has worked very well so far.
Sauberkeit ist uns sehr wichtig, bis jetzt haben wir immer einen Putzplan erstellt.
