Die WG befindet sich im ersten Stock und es gibt einen Lift.
Das Zimmer hat 13 qm und es gibt ein grosses Fenster, dass direkt auf den Balkon geht, der in Richtung Innenhof (Osten) schaut, dadurch hat man morgens meistens Sonnenlicht.
Das Zimmer liegt hinten im Gang, das heisst man bekommt Lärm aus der Küche gar nicht mit.
Ich würde mein Bett + Matratze, einen Schreibtisch + Schreibtischstuhl, die Kleiderstange mit Seilzug und ein Regal dalassen.
The apartment is on the first floor.
The room is one of the smaller ones, but it has a big window, with which you can access the balcony. The balcony and the window are facing the inner courtyard (east), so most of the mornings, there is sunlight.
The room is down the hallway, so you won’t be disturbed by noise from the kitchen.
I would leave the bed + mattress, a desk + chair, the clothes rail with lift and a big shelf in the room.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herz Jesu Viertel und ist durchaus zentral.
Die nächste Strassenbahnhaltestelle (Rechbauerstrasse) ist 3 min zu Fuss entfernt. Auch die Bushaltestelle Schillerplatz ist in 5 min Gehweite.
Eine Strasse weiter gibt es einen kleinen Spar und bei der Kirche einen Billa. Den Stadtpark erreicht man zu Fuss in 10 min.
The appartment is near the Herz Jesu Kirche and the next tram stop (Rechbauerstrasse) is a 3 min walk away. Also the busstop Schillerplatz is a 5min walk away. There are several supermarkets in proximity. The Stadtpark is a 10 min walk away.

Die WG ist sehr freundlich und unternehmungslustig. Wir haben regelmässig WG Abende, wo wir Serie schauen oder kochen und wenn man jemanden in der Küche trifft, kommt man schnell ins Tratschen. Aber wenn man Ruhe haben will, ist des natürlich kein Problem. Manchmal gibt es auch WG-Partys aber nicht so oft.
Wir sind auf der Suche nach jemanden, der keine Zweck-WG will.
The roomies are friendly and always motivated for activities. We also introduced a WG night where we cook together or watch a series. When you want to have a chat, there is most of the time someone around, but there’s of course still enough room for privacy. Sometimes we throw parties, but that often.
We are looking for someone, who wants to be friends with the roomies and not just live there.
Ich werde das Zimmer untervermieten, weil ich ein Semester auf Erasmus bin. Das Zimmer ist somit zwar befristet, aber über die genauen Ein- und Auszugsdaten können wir noch reden.
Wenn dir unsere WG gefällt, schreib mir doch eine Beschreibung über dich und wir können einen Termin für eine Besichtigung und Treffen der Mitbewohner ausmachen. Geht natürlich auch online.
I’ll sublease the room, because I’m going on an exchange semester, after that i’ll move back in. But the dates aren’t that strict. If you like the room, just message me with a description of yourself and we can arrange a date for meeting the roomies and a viewing. Thats also possible online.
