Klein aber feines Zimmer in unmittelbarer Uni Nähe. Die Wohnung hat direkten Zugang zum Innenhof, wo sich auch ein Fahrradstellplatz befindet und ein eigener Abteil wo man sonnige Vormittage genießen kann oder auch Platz für Pflanzen ist.
In unmittelbarer Nähe zu KF und Alten Technik (<10Gehminuten), die Bim Haltestelle und Bushaltestelle sind in 1-2 Minuten erreichbar
Eine super liebe Mitbewohnerin. Das Wg Leben ist sehr harmonisch und beruht auf viel Rücksicht. Pitzplan war bis jetzt noch nie notwendig, da klappt auch so😊
Da es eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung ist, soll es auch noch eine Mädels WG bleiben.
Ein Kellerabteil ist auch vorhanden.
Möbel sollten so gut wie alle übernommen werden, Ablöse kann noch vereinbart werden.
Die Gesamtmiete beläuft sich derzeit auf 341€ mit Versicherung welche dann aber weg fällt (muss evtl selber eine neue gemacht werden wenn man dies möchte) da ich meine beim Auszug mitnehmen werde. Ist aber keine Pflicjt von der Vermietung.
