Die 90m2 Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock einer ruhigen Straße und besteht aus einem großen Flur, einer Abstellkammer, einem WC, einem Bad mit Badewanne, einer großen Küche, einem Wohnzimmer und zwei weiteren, getrennt begehbaren Zimmern. Dein Zimmer ist 16m2 groß, durch die Ausrichtung nach Süden sehr hell und möbliert (mit einem Bett, Regal, Schreibtisch + Sessel, Teppich, Sofa). Falls dir der Platz in deinem Zimmer nicht ausreicht, kannst du zusätzlich auch gerne deine Sachen in dem großen Schrank am Eingang verstauen. Du darfst alle Sachen in der Wohnung (Waschmaschine, Küchensachen, Badmintonschläger, etc.) mit benutzen. Im Innenhof des Hauses befinden sich auch noch ein Garten und ein überdachter Fahrradständer. Die monatliche Miete beträgt inkl. Wlan, Strom und Heizen 470€, zusätzlich fällt eine Kaution in der Höhe einer Monatsmiete an, diese bekommst du am Ende natürlich wieder zurück.
The 90m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet street and consists of a large hallway, a storage room, a toilet, a bathroom with bathtub, a large kitchen, a living room and two further, separately accessible rooms. Your room is 16m2 large, very bright due to its orientation to south and fully furbished (with a bed, shelf, desk + chair, carpet, sofa). If you don't have enough space in your room, you can also store your things in the big closet in the entrance. You can use all the things in the apartment (washing machine, kitchen things, badminton rackets, etc.). In the courtyard of the house there is also a garden and a covered bicycle rack. The rent is 470€ per month (including heating, electricity and internet) and a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required, which you will get back at the end of your stay, of course.

The location in the middle of the beautiful Herz-Jesu quarter is perfect for students! Within 5-10 min walking distance you can reach various shopping facilities (Auer, Lidl, Billa, dm, denns, Hofer, Spar), a pharmacy, library, three small parks, several cafes and restaurants, the Neue Technik (TU), alte Technik (TU) and the library center Wall (KF). Ich heiße Jakob, bin 26 und promoviere derzeit im Studienfach Maschinenbau. Gleichzeitig arbeite ich Vollzeit an der Technischen Universität Graz. In meiner Freizeit schaue ich gerne Formel 1, treffe mich mit Freunden auf ein Bier oder genieße ein gutes Essen. Die Wohnung ist groß genug, damit jeder seine Ruhe haben kann, ein gemeinsames Bier, Essen, etc. geht aber immer gerne.
My name is Jakob, I'm 26 years old, and I'm currently pursuing a PhD in mechanical engineering. At the same time, I work full-time at Graz University of Technology. In my free time, I enjoy watching Formula 1, meeting up with friends for a beer, or cooking a nice meal. The apartment is spacious enough for everyone to have their own space, but I always welcome the opportunity for a shared beer, meal, etc.
