Schöne Altbauwohnung in sehr zentraler Lage.
Mein Zimmer wird aufgrund eines Erasmus Semesters von August bis Dezember frei.
Es ist 24m² groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Möbel bleiben natürlich in der Wohnung, meine Sache räume ich aus, auch mein Klavier wird in der Wohnung bleiben.
Durch die vielen Regal ist viel Stauraum vorhanden, auch der Kleiderschrank bietet sehr viel Platz.

Die gesamte Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, es gibt 3 Zimmer, einen Gang mit Couch der als Wohnzimmer genutzt wird, getrenntes Badezimmer und Toilette, eine Küche und einen kleinen aber sehr feinen Balkon in den Innenhof. Im Innenhof ist auch ein Fahrradabstellplatz vorhanden.
Das WG Leben ist sehr harmonisch, und wir sind absolut keine Zweck-WG.
Zu den Personen:
Anja: Kommt aus Deutschland und arbeitet als Ingenieurin, sie liebt es in ihrer Freizeit klettern zu gehen und ist auch sonst sehr sportlich aktiv.
Felian: Kommt auch aus Deutschland und arbeitet als Biathlontrainer. Er ist viel unterwegs, wenn er zuhause ist treibt er auch am liebsten Sport jeglicher Art.
In der WG wird gemeinsam gekocht, Spiele gespielt oder einfach gechillt.

Nice apartment in an old building in a very central location.
My room is available from August to December due to an Erasmus semester.
It is 24m² in size and very comfortably furnished.
Furniture will of course stay in the apartment, I will clear out my things and my piano will also stay in the apartment.
There is plenty of storage space thanks to the many shelves, and the closet also offers a lot of space.

The whole apartment is well divided, there are 3 rooms, a corridor with a couch that is used as a living room, separate bathroom and toilet, a kitchen and a small but very nice balcony in the courtyard. There is also a bicycle parking space in the inner courtyard.
Life in the shared flat is very harmonious and we are absolutely not a functional shared flat.
About the people:
Anja: Comes from Germany and works as an engineer in Deutschlandsberg, she loves to go climbing in her free time and is also very active in other sports.
Felian: Also comes from Germany and works in Eisenerz as a biathlon coach. He travels a lot, but when he's at home he likes to do sports of all kinds.
We cook together, play games or just chill out.
