Wunderschöner Fischgrätenparkett Boden, hell, gute Größe und durch das Hochbett nochmal mehr Platz :) Die Wohnung ansonsten ist sehr üppig geschnitten, die Küche bietet genug Platz um mit vielen Leuten zu kochen und Spieleabende zu machen und auf dem Balkon frühstückts sich auch recht schön. Bad und Klo sind getrennt was natürlich auch ein Pluspunkt ist.

Beautiful floors, bright room with a loft bed which makes the space more useable. The high ceilings are my personal favourite. The apartment itself is quite spacious. The kitchen offers plenty of room to cook with a group of people and host game nights, and it's also lovely to have breakfast on the balcony. Having a separate bathroom and toilet is definitely a plus.
Direkt bei der alten Technik, mitten in der Stadt, alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Mit dem Kaiser Josef Platz um die Ecke und nur 10 min zum Jakominiplatz ist man echt überall sehr schnell.

The location is central in Graz with everything close by. TU campus across the street, the beautiful Kaiser Josef Platz around the corner and the Jakominiplatz is also just a 10 min walk away.
Paul (29) studiert Toningenieur an der TU und ist generell sehr Musik begeistert, er legt auch regelmäßig als dj auf Partys auf. Außerdem ist es immer für ein Tischtennis Match zu haben.
Nedim (27) studiert auch an der TU und ist ein sehr offener und lustiger Mensch. Er kocht gerne für seine Freunde und auch manchmal für Mitbewohner:innen :)

Paul (29) is studying audio engineering at the Technical University and is generally very passionate about music. He regularly DJs at parties as well. Additionally, he's always up for a game of table tennis.
Nedim (27) also studies at the Technical University and is a very open and funny person. He enjoys cooking for his friends and sometimes for roommates too :)

Die Bruttomiete sind 475€, da ist dann Strom, Heizung und auch Internet dabei :)
Der Zeitraum kann auch bisschen angepasst werden.
