Ein Abstellraum bietet noch ztusätzlich Platz, im Vorraum befindet sich die Garderobe sowie ein Drucker...
Das Wohnhaus ist neu und sauber, ruhige wunderschöne Lage, aber nicht abgelegen.
Zur Uni 10min zum LKH 5 min.
Direkt hinter der Wohnung liegt ein Radweg der fast direkt zur Uni führt, (ca 5 min).
Parkplätze für Bewohner (Mieter) des Hauses sind vorhanden.
Bim und Bus linien sind in der Nähe ca 2min zu Fuß (77, 7, 41, 82)
Ich bin 20 Jahre und studiere Pharmazie, bin eine lebensfrohe, unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin.
Suche ganz dringend eine neue Mitbewohnerin ab Anfang Juli.
Ob Raucher oder Nichtraucher ist mir egal. Am Balkon kann sowieso geraucht werden.
Gehe gerne Rad fahren, laufen und gehe auch mal gerne mit meinen Freunden aus :) :)
