Die Wohnung besteht insgesamt aus zwei Zimmern (20 und 15qm), einer Küche mit Balkon und einem Bad mit Dusche und WC. Das zu vergebende Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß, nach Osten hin und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock.
Die Küche ist sehr modern eingerichtet und mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Bad. Das Zimmer ist möbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Reiterkaserne und ist deswegen gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Zur KF-Uni sind es mit dem Rad ca. 5min, ebenso zur TU und zum LKH. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in maximal 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden, ein Spar ca. 3 Min entfernt,
Da ich von Juli bis Ende September ein Praktikum in der Schweiz machen werde, suche ich für die Zeit jemanden zur Zwischenmiete.
