Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert - allerdings gegen eine kleine Ablöse (verhandeln wir dann) - sodass man sofort einziehen kann! In den 255 € ist wirklich alles enthalten - somit ein echtes Schnäppchen!
Küche top ausgestattet inklusive automatischer Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster!
Fotos kann ich gerne bei Interesse zusenden!
Aber am besten einfach melden und Wohnung anschauen kommen (am besten immer abends)!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig, die Bim-Linien 1 und 7 sind nur eine Gehminute entfernt, Bus Nr 36 hält vor der Haustür. Bis zur KF sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Zwei sehr nette Mitbewohner, unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Super Schnäppchen, da die Wohnung wirklich alles bietet was mach braucht!
