the largest and most beautiful room in our shared flat in the heart of graz will be free from febuary till may 2017 (with the possibility to stay longer or forever, if you want to). It is fully furnished and actually too great to be given away to peasants (it's more a room for royalty) but hey, we really need the money, so you're in luck. The rent would be 350€ a month + 25€ for internet and heating/water. You can also, if you need it, use our absent flatmate's bike, since she will be unable to use it, being absent from it and all.

Eigentlich ist das Zimmer viel zu schön um es zu vermieten und gebührt eher einem Adeligen. Da wir aber keinen kennen und lieber einen weiteren Mitbewohner als ein leeres Zimmer haben, hier die EINMALIGE Chance in die Mandellstraße zu ziehen!
Das Zimmer klassischer Altbau. Hohe Decken, viel Platz, Parkett, lichtdurchflutet. Wenn Du dann mit deinem Neuen Zimmer angeben willst, kannst Du einfach ein paar Freunde auf eine Tasse Tee einladen. Die werden dann, während sie unter der riesigen Palme auf Omas Sofa-Ecke sitzen und deine neuen antiken Möbel betrachten, ganz einfach vor Neid platzen! (Beim Aufputzen der menschlichen Überbleibsel hilft dir sicherlich dein Medizin studierender Mitbewohner)
Ganz konkret heißt das; zum Zimmer gehört: schwarzer, großer, superschöner Kleiderschrank, gemütliche Sofagarnitur, Couchtisch, Kronleuchter, Schreibtisch, Holzofen
Dein Zimmer geht zwar zur Straße raus, das heißt aber nicht, dass Du vom Straßenlärm geweckt wirst, sondern, dass Du den Ausblick auf die herrlichen Jugendstil-Fassaden der Mandellsstraße hast.
Wichtig: Du solltest Wohnbeihilfe-Berechtigt sein, weil wir auf das Bling-Bling angewiesen sind.

Inner city (10 minutes), technical university (5 minutes), university of arts (10 minutes) and karl-franzens university (20 minutes) are all in walking distance from the flat. Also around are diverse supermarkets and week-markets and everything your consumerist heart could cry for. Directly across the street you can stumble into theater-cafe to eat scrambled eggs (if you eat eggs) and drink too much (if you drink too much) and listen to a variety of intsrumental students playing instruments.

Die Mandellstraße ist das geheime Herz von Graz. Wenn Du deine Schuhe schnell bindest bist Du in einer Minute am Bauernmarkt (lecker Käse!) und an der Oper (von wo auch die Kostenlose Altstadtbim fährt). Gemüse um Obst gibts ganz praktisch und meist auch günstig auf dem Bauernmarkt, für alles andere musst Du 100 Meter weiter zum Billa oder Spar gehen.
Zum Weggehen ist es auch mega praktisch: Theatercafé direkt vor der Tür und Sägewerk einmal um die Ecke!

Your flatmates would be an engeneering student with a beating heart for eastern-block-cuisine and a freshly baked doctor trying to get used to the much debated serious side of life. Sometimes we cook together or watch the teleshopping-channel or try and plan our "next best-party-ever". We also have a balcony and can use the garden. Perhaps you want to help us gardening so the "harvest" of this year doesn't turn out as pathetic as the one last year.

In der Wohnung versucht sich gerade ein Medizinstudent an seiner Diplomarbeit und ein Maschinenbauer verzweifelt an den Matheübungen. Gut das wir es immer schaffen uns durch alle möglichen Aktionen abzulenken. Entweder wir kochen zusammen, sind in der WG unter uns und schauen den Teleshopping-Kanal oder planen unsere nächste "beste Party ever"!
Wir haben noch einen Balkon, der unbedingt deine kreative Hand oder deinen grünen Daumen braucht! Bis jetzt stehen nur ein paar Obstkisten rum auf denen wir in der Sonne sitzen und Milchreis essen.
Um den Sommer richtig zu genießen, kannst Dich einfach in unseren Garten legen oder wir organisieren eine spontane Grillerei. Mitten in der Stadt ist das purer Luxus.
