Durchgangszimmer mit eigenem Bad (1 Person muss durchgehen/ehemals Wohnzimmer) in gemütlicher WG, 2 Balkonen gegenüber der Alten Technik. Innenhof mit Garten zum Grillen und Tischtennis spielen runden die geräumige Wohnung ab. Du bist gerne für ein Feierabend-Bier zu haben und bist unkompliziert, dann schreib uns einfach eine Mail in der du dich kurz vorstellst.
Zur Zwischenmiete bis 01.Februar 2017 zu haben! Frei ist das Zimmer ab 01. September 2016! Ein/Auszugstermin kann je nach deinen Vorstellungen evtl. noch angepasst werden.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit ein großes Zimmer (38m²), das im Februar 2017 in der WG frei wird, unbefristet zu übernehmen!
It is a walk-through room with private bathroom (1 Person needs to go through/previous living room). We have a nice courtyard which is perfect for barbecues or playing table tennis and youre always welcome for a beer on the balcony. If youre interested send us a short email in which you tell us some information about yourself!
The room is free till the 01. February 2017. Move in date is still the 01. September 2016.
Move-in/out dates can still be discussed with you - just tell us your preferences!
In february 2017 you have the possibility to move to another much larger room (38m²) in the same flat, without any time limits!
Lage perfekt, UNI, Bioladen, Türkischer Laden, Bauernmarkt, Kino, Trafik, Stadtpark etc. in max 5. min zu Fuß erreichbar!
