Die Wohnung liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage im Stadtteil St. Leonhard (nähe Schillerplatz, TU & KF & Univiertel) hat insgesamt 66 m2. Eine Wohnküche mit Theke, Badezimmer mit Dusche und getrennt ein WC. Mein Zimmer hat einen Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode, ein Bücherregal und einen Schreibtisch sowie einen großen Fernseher (kann man zur Seite klappen falls er stört). Nebenan getrennt hat meine Mitbewohnerin ihr Zimmer. Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrradraum, einen Keller und eine großen gemeinsamen Garten im Innenhof. Man hört von draußen praktisch gar nichts, da die Fenster neu und top isoliert sind. Die Wohnung wurde generalisiert und wird von uns seit ca. 2 Jahren bewohnt. Alles was man zum kochen benötigt ist vorhanden! Sehr liebe und nette Mitbewohnerin, Studentin auf der TU. Kaution ca 400 auf VHB! Für mehr Fotos einfach auf FB anschreiben oder eine Mail schicken.
The apartment is located in the beautiful district St. Leonhard and has 66 m2. It is near to Schillerplatz, Technical University and the Karl-Franzens University (University of Graz). In the apartment is a big kitchen with a bar combined with the living room. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. Two separated rooms - my room is equipped with a bed, writing desk, bord, TV and a wardrobe. In the house there is a bike parking area, a cellar and a big garden, which can be used by everybody. Due to the new windows the flat is very quiet. It has been renovated 2 years ago. Very friendly roommate: a girl studying at the TU. The deposit is on basis for negotiation!
