Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner! :) Das Zimmer ist ab 1. April frei. Unsere Wohnung ist im 3. Stock in der Maiffredygasse 12 (8010), ueber dem Grammophon.

Die Lage ist fuer alle Studenten perfekt, weil die KUG, KF, TU mit dem Rad oder zu Fuss zu erreichen sind. Die Bim Station 1 und 7 sind direkt vor der Haustuere, was fuer FH Studenten optimal ist. Jakominiplatz erreicht man in 7 gehminuten, genauso wie den Hauptplatz.
Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon der in den Innenhof geht, ein neues Badezimmer, sowie eine neue Kueche. Wir wuerden zu dritt hier wohnen, sitzen oftmals gerne beisamen und quatschen.
Miete sind : 480 Euro all inklusive.
Kaution sind : 700 Euro
Dein Zimmer hat 35 quadratmeter.

Our apartment is on the third floor (unfortunately there is no elevator) and in total about 100m². It has 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, storage room and balcony :).
The address is Mayffredygasse 12, 8010 Graz. It’s conveniently situated in city center. check the google map!!

this flat is easily reachable to KUG, KF, TU, Tram station (no. 1,7) on foot.
The room for rent is about 35m², It has a window on the west side and parquet flooring.
The rent is 480€ - including all (water, electricity, internet etc.)
