In unserer 3-er WG ist ein 12 m² großes Zimmer frei geworden. In der Wohnung gibt es auch ein großes gemeinsames Wohn-/Esszimmer.
Bad und WC sind getrennt.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, Bett und Kasten können gerne übernommen werden :)
Das Zimmer wäre theoretisch ab sofort beziehbar, falls erwünscht kann es aber auch erst ab Anfang September bezogen werden.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 310€ inklusive Strom, Internet und Heizung. Kaution beträgt ca 600€.
Günni (Radiologietechnologe) und ich, Karin (BWL-Studentin) freuen uns drauf dich kennenzulernen! :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe der neuen Technik (5 Gehminuten). Auch die KF Uni ist sehr gut mit den Öffis (Bus LInie 63) oder mit dem Rad (ca 7 min) erreichbar. Die Bim-Linie 3 ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Billa ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Mein Mitbewohner, Günni, und ich sind beide sehr unkompliziert und auch unternehmungslustig. Wir spielen beide Volleyball und sitzen auch oft im Wohnzimmer zusammen um zu tratschen oder Ähnliches. Natürlich hat aber jeder seine Privatsphäre.
