ich suche ab 1. März 2021 eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in für das helle, ruhige 15m² große Zimmer in unserer 3-er WG! Das Zimmer wird ohne Möbel vermietet.
Die WG hat eine große, sehr helle Gemeinschaftsküche, eine Abstellkammer, ein Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette.
Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil inklusive Fahrradkeller. Eine Waschmaschine ist in der Waschküche des Hauses vorhanden und kann gratis benutzt werden. Vor dem Wohnhaus gibt es außerdem immer genügend gratis Parkplätze für die Bewohner des Wohnhauses.
In der Miete von €340 sind alle Kosten enthalten (Internet, Strom, Heizung).

I am looking for a nice flatmate, who would love to rent the 15m²-sized room from March 1st. The room will not be FURNISHED.
This 3-person shared flat has a large, very bright communal kitchen, a storage room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The flat also has a cellar, which includes a bicycle storage. A washing machine is available in the laundry room of the house and can be used free of charge. In front of the house, you can find plenty of free parking spots - they as well can be used free of charge.
In the rent of 340 Euro, all costs are already included (internet, heating, electricity).
Das St. Peter Schulzentrum ist gleich um die Ecke. Dort halten die 6er Bim sowie zahlreiche Busse. Die TU-Inffeld ist zu Fuß in 2 min erreichbar, die KF-Uni in 7 min mit dem 63er und die Neue-Technik in 5 min mit dem 6er. Mit dem Fahrrad sind beide Unis innerhalb von max. 10 Min zu erreichen. Auch bis in die Innenstadt benötigt man, ob mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr, oder mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten.
Ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Gehminuten sind folgende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu finden: Spar, 24/7 Mini-Spar, Billa, Hofer, DM, denn's Biomarkt, McDonald's, Bäckerei-Auer, Libro, Tankstelle.
In 5 min ist man zu Fuß an den Eustacchiogründen. Dort gibt es zweimal die Woche einen kleinen Bauernmarkt und Sportplätze jeder Art. http://www.graz.at/cms/beitrag/10021840/316190/

Right around the corner of our flat you can find the bus/tram stop "St. Peter Schulzentrum". There you can find the number 6 tram that brings you directly to the city centre, the "New Technology" campus of the TU, as well as the main railwaystation within just a few minutes. Apart from that, there are numerous buses, including the 63 bus that brings you to the KF-University within 7 minutes. The TU-Inffeld campus is just 2 minutes walking distance away. Though, all these destinations can be reached within just a few minutes by bike.
Also just within walking distance, you can find the following stores: Spar, Billa, Hofer, DM, denn's Biomarkt, McDonald's, De"Auer"-bakery, Libro, gas station.

Deine Mitbewohner werden ein Physiotherapeut und eine Sozialpädagogik Studentin sein.
