Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Elisabethstraße bei der Kreuzung zur Lichtenfelsgasse. Zur Kunstuniversität muss man nur die Straße überqueren und zur Karl-Franzens-Universität benötigt man zu Fuß nur zwei Minuten. Die TU Graz (Alte Technik) liegt 5 min entfernt und zur Neuen Technik benötigt man 10 min.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt vor der Tür und die nächste BIM Station (Linie 1 & 7) liegt eine Straße weiter. In 5 min kann man den Stadtpark und das Stadtzentrum erreichen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The flat is located in Elisabethstraße at the intersection with Lichtenfelsgasse. You only have to cross the street to the University of arts and it only takes two minutes to walk to the Karl-Franzens-University. The TU Graz (Alte Technik) is 5 minutes away and Neue Technik is 10 minutes away.
The nearest bus stop is in front of the door and the nearest BIM station (line 1 & 7) is one street away. The city park and the city centre can be reached in 5 minutes.
There are several shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit Simon, Michael, Alex und Lukas. Simon studiert Maschinenbau, Michael Geologie , Lukas Biomedical Engineering und Alex hat gerade sein Master abgeschlossen.
Untertags ist in der Wohnung nicht viel los und man trifft sich zumeist zu Mittag oder auch erst am Abend beim Kochen in der Küche. Am Abend sitzen wir oft noch gemeinsam am Tisch und lassen den Tag in gemütlicher Runde ausklingen oder entspannen vor dem Fernseher. Besucher sind in unserer WG jederzeit willkommen und falls es was zu feiern gibt sind wir natürlich dabei. Auch ist es so, dass wir regelmäßig Fußball spielen oder Radfahren gehen, solltest du Interesse haben, kannst du jederzeit mitkommen.
Die Wohnung hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche (mit Spülmaschine) und auch die Waschmaschine ist von jedem nutzbar. Zusätzlich werden wir beim Putzen vom WG-Saugroboter unterstützt.
WLAN und alle zusätzlichen Kosten (wie Warmwasser, Strom, Kondominiumabgabe) sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.

You will share the flat with Simon, Michael, Alex and Lukas. Simon is studying mechanical engineering, Michael geology, Lukas biomedical engineering and Alex has just finished his master's degree.
During the day, there's not much going on in the flat and we usually meet at lunchtime or in the evening when we're cooking in the kitchen. In the evening, we often sit together at the table and end the day in a cosy atmosphere or relax in front of the TV. Visitors are always welcome in our community and if there is something to celebrate, we are of course there. We also regularly play football or go cycling, so if you are interested, you can come along at any time.
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and the washing machine can be used by everyone. In addition, we are supported in cleaning by the WG vacuuming robot.
Wi-Fi and all additional costs (such as hot water, electricity, condominium tax) are included in the extra costs.
