7er StudentInnen- WG sucht neue MitbewohnerIn!!

Die Wohnung liegt in dem Bezirk St.Leonhard gleich neben der alten TU, somit sind alle wichtigen Orte und Plätze fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Hauptplatz braucht man ca. 15min, zum Jakomini 10min und der Kaiser Josef Platz ist wie der Stadtpark nur 5min entfernt. Sowohl TU, Kunstuni als auch Karl-Franzens Universität sind innerhalb von 10min zu erreichen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Bars und Restaurants. Billa und Spar können beide innerhalb von rund 5 Minuten erreicht werden, genauso auch Apotheken.
Falls man mal keinen Bock auf Kochen hat, ist im Erdgeschoss unser Döner des Vertrauens: Memo 1.

The apartment is located in the district St.Leonhard right next to the old TU, so all important places and places are within walking distance. In der WG freuen sich folgende MitbewohnerInnen auf dich:
Dimi, 26, macht gerade seinen Doktor an der TU, ist viel mit Freunden unterwegs und hat sehr guten Ouzo aus Griechenland da (Olivenöl auch, falls das jemanden interessiert).
Justin, 26, studiert Psychologie im Master, arbeitet als Basketballtrainer und versucht (auch mal erfolglos) die steirischen "Berge" hochzuradeln.
Johanna, 23, studiert ebenfalls Psychologie, mag gesellige WG-Abende, hat für alle ein offenes Ohr und kennt das Schloss Neuschwanstein in und auswendig.
Reini, 22, Bauingenieurstudierender an der TU, kocht sehr gerne und gut, geht einigermaßen viel wandern und theoretisch auch bouldern, wenn das denn mal wieder möglich wäre.
und Franzi , studiert Medizin, hat seitdem zwar keine Hobbies mehr, aber trinkt gerne Wein.
Wir sitzen gerne mal zwanglos zusammen und trinken etwas gemeinsam, Freunde sind immer willkommen, aber man kann sich natürlich auch zurückziehen, wenn man mal Ruhe braucht.

Reini, 22, a civil engineering student at the TU, enjoys cooking, goes hiking quite a bit and theoretically also bouldering, if that were possible again.
and Franzi, 21, studies medicine, has no hobbies since, but likes to drink wine.
We like to sit together casually and have a drink together, friends are always welcome, but of course you can also withdraw if you need some peace and quiet.

Der angegebene Preis ist inkl. BK, wobei Internet noch hinzukommen würde (entweder mit den anderen zusammen oder ein eigenes besorgen). Die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder abzustellen, gibt es im Innenhof.
