Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, zwei Fenster sind nach Süd-Osten zum Garten hin ausgerichtet. Dadurch ist es hell und ruhig. Das Zimmer ist zweigeteilt und hat eine kleine Nische mit Spiegel und eigenem Waschbecken. Ein schöner alter Kleiderschrank ist im Zimmer. Und eine Matratze zum Schlafen.
A cute two-roomed living space on the ground floor, with a personal sink, the two windows are North-east facing towards the garden with morning sun coming in. There will be a closet and a matress that you can use.
Das Haus befindet sich im schönen Bezirk St. Leonhard. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Karl Franzens und Kunst-Universität, der Leechwald sind ganz nahe. Eine BIM-Haltestelle ist gleich nebenan - somit sind quasi alle Orte in Graz in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
The house is located in the district of St. Leonhard. The tram station is very near with an easy connection to city.
Wir sind 5 lustige und liebe Menschen. Wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in für etwa einen Monat, da unsere zukünftige Mitbewohnerin erst im August einzieht.
Wir sind zugänglich und würden uns über einen netten Gast freuen. Du kannst natürlich alles mitbenutzen - Küche, Bad, Waschmaschine, den wunderschönen Garten.
Schreib uns einfach, wenn du für Juli eine Bleibe in Graz brauchst. (Ein paar Tage mehr oder weniger werden kein Problem sein).
We are 5 nice people looking for a house-mate for around one month as our future house-mate will move in only in August.
We are easy going and would like to have a nice guest. Surely you can use everything - kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and the beautiful garden.
