Da ich für ein Semester ins Ausland gehe, suche ich für mein Zimmer ein/e Zwischenmieter/in.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 m² groß, Richtung Osten ausgerichtet und ist durch die zwei großen Fenster sehr hell. Dich erwartet eine gemütliche Sitzecke (welche sich super zum Zusammensitzen eignet), viel Stauraum, und generell ausgiebig Platz.
Die beiden Türen sind dauerhaft geschlossen und die Mitbewohner nebenan sind kaum zu hören.

Since I am going abroad for a semester, I am looking for an interim tenant for my room.
The room is about 30 m², facing east and is very bright due to the two large windows. You can expect a cozy sitting area (which is great for sitting together), plenty of storage space, and generally extensive space.
The two doors are permanently closed and the roommates next door can hardly be heard.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre eines Altbaus im wunderschönen Herz-Jesu Viertel. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Supermarkt, Trafik sowie Bus und Bim sind weniger als 250m entfernt. Auch die Grazer Universitäten sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Zum Ausspannen sind mehrere Parks in direkter Umgebung.

The apartment is located in an old building in the beautiful Herz-Jesu quarter. Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacconist as well as bus and tramway are less than 250m away. The universities of Graz are also just a stone's throw away. To relax there are several parks in the neighborhood.
Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit drei Mitbewohnern: Michi studiert Mathematik, Antonia Chemie und Magdalena Verfahrenstechnik. Wir sind keine Party WG aber obwohl wir alle einen unterschiedlichen Rythmus haben unternehmen wir gerne immer wieder etwas gemeinsam wie zB. kochen, Filme schauen oder Spieleabende (:
Durch die sehr große Wohnung kann man sich bei Bedarf aber auch super zurückziehen und dem Trubel entfliehen.

You share the apartment with three roommates: Michi studies mathematics, Antonia chemistry and Magdalena process engineering. We are not a party WG but although we all have a different rythm, we like to do something together, such as cooking, watching movies or game nights.
Due to the very large apartment, you can also withdraw if necessary.
