Das Zimmer ist 22m2 groß und geht direkt vom Eingangsraum nach Süden ab. Dadurch ist es tagsüber immer sonnendurchflutet. Da das Haus ein Altbau ist, bleibt es aber im Sommer trotzdem angenehm kühl. Da ich nur für ein Semester weg bin bleiben alle Möbel im Zimmer. Die volle Ausstattung ist auf den Fotos zu sehen, die Mischung aus neuen und alten Möbeln macht das Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Die Kommoden, die Kleiderstange und ein Bücheregal werde ich ausräumen, im Vorraum gibt es sonst auch noch Stauraum in den großen Kästen.
The room is 22m2 big and is accessed through the entrance room. It's south facing and always sunlit during the day, but because it's in an old building, it stays cool even in the summer. I will only be away for one semester, so all the furniture will stay in the room. The full furnishings can be seen in the photos, the mixture of old and new furniture makes the room very cosy. I will empty the chests of drawers, the clothes rail and a book case. If you need more space to store belongings, there are also two cupboards in the entrance room.
Die WG ist liegt im sehr zentralen und schönen Herz-Jesu-Viertel. Die Alte Technik ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt, die Karl-Franzens knapp 15 Minuten und die Med-Uni kann mit dem Rad oder den Öffis auch schnell erreicht werden. Die nächsten Stationen sind Merangasse (Straßenbahnlinie 3) in einer Gehminute und der Kaiser-Josef-Platz in 5 Minuten. Es gibt in der Umgebung einige Supermärkte, Bäckereien etc und auch das Stadtzentrum ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
The flat is located in the very central and beautiful Herz-Jesu-Viertel. The old campus of the university of technology is a 3-minute walk away, the University of Graz can be reached in just under 15 minutes and the Medical University can also be reached quickly by bike or public transport. The nearest tram stations are Merangasse (line 3) isa minute's walk away and Kaiser-Josef-Platz in 5 minutes. There are several supermarkets, bakeries etc. in the vicinity and the city centre is also only a few minutes away.
Außer mir wohnen Magdalena (22, Lehramt) und Angela (20, Medizin) in der WG. Wir kochen und essen gerne gemeinsam in der großen Küche oder im Sommer am Balkon. Der Balkon eignet sich auch ideal zum sonnen und im Hochbeet können Gemüse und Kräuter angebaut werden. Das Haus hat keinen eigenen Fahrradkeller, aber es gibt auf der Straße genug Möglichkeit ein Rad anzuhängen.
Besides me, Magdalena (22, teaching student) and Angela (20, medicine) live in the shared flat. We like to cook and eat together in the large kitchen or on the balcony in summer. The balcony is also ideal for sunbathing and vegetables and herbs can be grown in the raised garden bed. The house does not have its own bicycle cellar, but there is enough space on the street to lock a bike safely.
Im angegebenen Preis (€370,-) sind auch alle Betriebskosten und das WLan inbegriffen, für die tolle Lage also ein absolutes Schnäppchen! Wenn dich das Zimmer und die WG ansprechen freue ich mich über eine Nachricht! Gerne schicke ich auch mehr Fotos und Details! Besichtigungen sind auch online möglich. Das Auszugsdatum ist flexibel, auch Anfang Juli oder sogar August wären möglich.
