Aufgrund eines Studiums werde ich Graz für Zwei Monate verlassen, und suche deswegen eine*n netten Zwischenmieter*in.
Zur Wohnung:
- schöner, breiter Eingangsbereich
- gut aufgeteilte Räumlichkeiten
- Garten vorhanden
- große und gutausgestattete Küche
- Badezimmer mit Badewanne
- Bad und WC getrennt voneinander
Zum Zimmer:
- ganz viel Tageslicht mit Blick ins Grüne
- voll möbiliertes Zimmer mit Fernseher : 20qm
- Innenhof gelegenes Zimmer und super ruhig
Zur Lage:
- ruhige Gegend
- KFU Graz in Gehweite (ich brauch 5min)
- mit dem Rad ist man in 7min in der Innenstadt
- gute Anschlüsse zu den Öffis (3er Bim) liegt 20m entfernt
- Fahrradkeller
- gute Parkgelegenheit vor der Tür
-genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bäckerei und Restaurants Gleich in der Nähe
Kosten und Termine:
Miete: 350€ (all inclusive)
Kaution: 200€
Zu haben wäre das Zimmer im Zeitraum 01.11 bis 25.11 - über den Ein- und Auszugszeitpunkt kann aber gerne noch verhandelt werden 😎

1 room apartment for interim rent
I would like to temporarily rent my 20m Room near Schillerplatz for the period 01.10.2022-23.11.2022 (it can also be moved out earlier).
Rent: 350€ (incl. everything)
Deposit:200€ (will be paid back when you move out)
Location: The apartment is located in schillerplatz, right next to the old TU. All universities can be reached in 5-10 minutes by foot. In addition, there are numerous bakeries and cafes directly in front of the door and within 7 min you can reach a Lidl and Billa. and the Tram lines 3 and Bus 64/63 are 2 Minutes by foot
