Da ich ein Semester auf Erasmus nach Italien (Arezzo) gehe, würde ich mein Zimmer gerne von Februar bis Juni/Juli untervermieten.
Voy a pasar un semestre de Erasmus en Italia (Arezzo), y por eso quería alquilar mi habitación para esté período.
I’m going to pass a semester in Italy (Arezzo), so I would like to sublet my room for this period from February to June/July.

• 18m² -> Zimmer in einer 3er-WG im 2. Stock (mit Lift)
• Wohnungsgröße: 82m²
• Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch + Schreibtischsessel, Lampe, Kleiderkasten, Sofa, Kallax Regal 4x4, 2 weitere Regale)
• Bad (mit Dusche) und WC sind separat
• Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach sind vorhanden. Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirrtücher, … ist auch alles da
• Kellerabteil vorhanden
• Waschmaschine + Trockner zur allgemeinen Benutzung im Keller (etwa 60c pro Waschgang)
• Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude
• Rauchen nicht erwünscht
• Heizung, Strom und Betriebskosten sind im Mietpreis (357,27€) inkludiert. Dazu kommen 9€ fürs Internet.
• Meine Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Polster, Decke, Wäscheständer und Bügeleisen + Bügeleisen würde ich, bei Bedarf, für 40€ fürs Semester herborgen (eventuell auch andere Sachen, das können wir dann ausmachen)

• Un aparcamiento esta en frente del edifico

• Se quieres, puedo prestarte mis cosas personales como las sábanas, toallas, almohadas, colcha, tendedero y plancha + tabla de planchar, y eventualmente oltras cosas(para 40€ para el semestre)

Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral in der Merangasse. KF, KUG und TU sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß bzw. mit dem Rad erreichbar. Straßenbahn (1 & 7)- und Busstationen befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Carlaladen, …) sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
El apartamiento está en la Merangasse. Las universidades (KF, KUG, TU) son a pochos minutos de distancia a pie / en bici. El tranvía (1 & 7-) y unas líneas de autobuses se encuentran frente al edificio. Unas tiendas (Spar, Carlaladen, ...) no están muy lejos también.
The apartment is in the Merangasse. You arrive at the universities (KF, KUG, TU) in same minutes. The tram (1 & 7) and some bus lines are in front of the house. Also the supermarkets and others shops aren’t far.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Jean und Laura. Laura ist 20, aus der Steiermark und studiert an der KF Jus. Jean ist 21, aus Frankreich und studiert an der KUG im BA Jazz Trompete.
Ein paar zusätzliche Infos zu den beiden
Von meiner WG-Erfahrung mit ihnen: Laura kennt als einzige das geheimnisvolle Ventil der Klospülung, kocht gerne vor, war bereits vor Neujahr im Fitnessstudio angemeldet und hat eine besondere Zuneigung für Grantelbart. Jean grüßt alle mit 'Grüß Gott', kann zu jeder Uhrzeit Orangensaft trinken, bastelt nicht gerne, zeichnet aber wundervolle Christbäume.
Das WG-Leben ist eher ruhig, also wir sind keine Party-WG, gemeinsame Zeit ist aber trotzdem wichtig.
Tus compañeros serían Jean y Laura. Laura tiene 20 años, es de Austria y estudia derecho en la KF de Graz. Jean tiene 21 años, es de Francia y estudia en la KUG Trompeta de Jazz.
Algunas informaciones más de los dos: Laura conoce la valvula del bano, le gusta cocinar y se ha inscrito als Gimnasio antes del año nuevo y addicional le gusta Grantelbart (es una persona fictiva de una seria). Jean dice a toda la gente “Grüß Gott” que significa “Hola Dios” (= Buonas Dias), puede beber zumo de naranja todos los dias, no le gusta hacer trabajos manuales pero dibuja algunos arboles de navidad bonitos.
La vida en la WG es bastante tranquila. A nosotros no nos gusta hacer muchas fiestas, pero siempre disfrutamos el tiempo juntos.
Your roommates will be Jean and Laura. Laura is 20 years old, from Styria and she studies law at the University of Graz. Jean is 21 years old, from France and he studies Trumpet at the KUG.
Now I’ll share some more information about them: Laura knows where the toilet valve is located, she like cooking and she got enrolled at the gym before 2023 and additionally she really likes Grantelbart (it’s a person from a childhood series). Jean says “Grüß Gott” to everybody, which means “Hi god” (= Hello), he is always able to drink orange juice, he doesn’t like to tinker, but he’s pretty good at drawing beautiful Christmas trees.
The life in our living community is rather quieter, because we are not that much into partying, but we do really enjoy the time together.
Wir suchen bevorzugt eine Mitbewohnerin mit Spanisch als Muttersprache, da Laura ihr Spanisch verbessern möchte. Ansonsten sind aber auch alle anderen (Erasmus-/ Internationale) Studentinnen willkommen, für die der genannte Zeitraum von Februar/März-Juni/Juli passt. Bitte auch beachten, dass wir eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin als Ersatz für mich suchen.
Besichtigungen in echt oder online ab 9. Jänner.
Ein-&Auszugsdatum: Flexibel, Einzug zwischen 10. Februar und 1. März, Auszug zwischen Ende Juni und Ende Juli.
Estamos buscando una Espanola, porque Laura quiere mejorar sus conocimientos de espanol. Pero sin embargo estudiantes de Erasmus son bienvenidos en nuestra casa de ferbrero hasta el fin de Junio/Julio. Pero cuidado, estamos buscando una persona feminina!
Visitas en realidad o online empiezan al 9 de enero.
El período: flexible, entrada entre el 10 febrero y el 1 marzo; hasta el fine de junio o julio.
We prefer Spanish speaking women, because Laura wants to improve her Spanish. But female Erasmus students are Welcome too, but be aware that you can live in the flat from de end of February till the end of June/July. But be aware of the fact that we are looking for a female person.
Visiting us starts at the 9th of January.
Move-in/out-date: flexible, move-in between the 10th of February and the 1st of March; move-out between the end of June and the end of July.
