Da ich mit 2 Freunden eine neue Wg gründe wird schweren Herzens mein Zimmer in dieser entspannten und ruhigen 4er Wg frei.
Das Zimmer ist 22m2 groß, ist nach Süd-Osten ausgerichtet und hat sehr viel Fensterflächen, wodurch es den ganzen Tag über sehr hell ist. Durch die Fenster schaust du auf den August-Matthey-Park und auf die Herz-Jesu-Kirche, somit hat man einen wirklich schönen Ausblick.Die Wg befindet sich im 6. Stock, es gibt aber einen Lift.
Es gibt in der Küche alle wichtigen Geräte und einen Balkon, im Gang auch einen Esstisch. Das WC ist separat vom Bad. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls schon in der Wg, es gibt also alles was man braucht.
Ebenfalls gibt es ein eigenes Kellerabteil.
Die Miete ist inkl. Nebenkostetn bei 307€, Strom und Internet muss man dann noch dazu rechnen, da zahlen wir bisher pro Person knapp 40€.
Die Kaution wäre noch 500€
Es wird noch ein weiteres Zimmer frei, das gleich viel Kostet, etwas kleiner ist (18m2) aber dafür einen Balkon hat. Es wäre also eine tolle gelegenheit, wenn ihr zu zweit eine Wg sucht.
Über das genau Einzugsdatum könnte man dann noch reden, da ich selbst nicht ganz sicher bin wann ich genau Umziehe, das sollte aber kein großes Problem werden.
As I am starting a new flat-share with 2 friends, it is with a heavy heart that my room in this relaxed and quiet flat-share of 4 becomes available.
The room is 22m2, faces south-east and has a lot of windows, which makes it very bright throughout the day. The windows overlook the August-Matthey-Park and the Sacred Heart Church, so you have a really nice view. The flat is on the 6th floor, but there is a lift.
There are all major appliances and a balcony in the kitchen, and a dining table in the hallway. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is also a washing machine in the flat, so there is everything you need.
There is also a cellar compartment.
The rent is 307€ including utilities, electricity and internet have to be added, so far we pay about 40€ per person.
The deposit would still be 500€.
There is another room available, which costs the same, is a bit smaller (18m2) but has a balcony. It would be a great opportunity if you are looking for a room for two.
We could talk about the exact date of moving in, as I'm not quite sure when I'll be moving myself, but that shouldn't be a big problem.
Die WG befindet sich in ruhiger Gegend von Herz-Jesu-Viertel, nur ein Schritt von KFU und TU entfernt (je 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Gleich um die Ecke gibt es auch Billa und die Apotheke (2 Minuten).
Man ist auch in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahhrad im Zentrum, beim Hilmteich oder im Auggarten.
The flat is in a peaceful district of Herz-Jesu, just a step away from both universities (KFU and TU are each 10 minutes walking away). Just around the corner (2min) there are also Billa and the pharmacy. With the bike you also need only around 5 minutes to get to the city centre, to Hilmteich or to Auggarten.
Aktuell leben in der WG noch Hannah (20), eine Soziologiestudentin und Bako (27), er studiert Pharmaceutical Engineering im Master. Obwohl wir gerne miteinander ab un zu Mal quatschen, lassen wir uns auch Ruhe, um zu lernen.
Die Wg ist grundsätzlich ordentlich und sauber, es ist aber auch kein Problem wenn man mal etwas nicht sofort aufräumt, solange man es nicht übertreibt. Es gibt auch einen Putzplan.
Da Bako nicht besonders gut Deutsch spricht, wäre es wichtig, dass du dich mit Englisch wohlfühlst.
The following people currently live in the shared flat Hannah (20), a sociology student, and Bako (27), who is studying pharmaceutical engineering for his master's degree, currently live in the flat-sharing community. Although we like to chat with each other from time to time, we also leave each other alone to study.
The apartment is basically neat and clean, but it's no problem if you don't clean up immediately, as long as you don't overdo it. There is also a cleaning plan.
Because Bako is not really good with German it would be important that you are comfortable with English.
Wichtig: Dem Vermieter ist es wichtig, dass du mindestens 1 Jahr lang in der Wg wohnen bleibst.
