The room has 12,5m² and comes with no furniture. It faces the street, but is quiet. During the morning it receives direct sun and for the cold winter days there is a individual heater.
Our WG has in total 4 sleeping rooms, 1 big living room (which can receive your guests), 1 spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms ( one of them has a separate toilet) with shower and bathtub, 1 deposit and 1 hall. We also have a beutiful big common garden that we share with our fellow neighboors, which are both students and families. During the summer it is great for grilling or just enjoying the sun while drinking some beers. Furthermore there is also a separate space in the basement where we can safely store our stuff and a bike garage.
The apartment is in a very nice area which is easily reached and contains many grocerie stores, Very close by you have billa and spar, hoffer is also on a walking distance. Just across the street there is a very helpfull gas station and its convenience store that stays open until late hours and on sundays. Right in front of the apartment there are many parking spots if you need it for your car.
You would live with I., T., and a third flatmate which is still beeing searched for (: I. is austrian and studied pedagogy, T. is Italian and studies computer science. Both are very talkative and always willing to help. Im our flat you will find a very international context with open minded and easy going people which from time to time like to gather some friends and make some nice parties.
We are looking forward to get to know the new flatmate (:
unfortunately, we can't have pets :/
