Die Wohnung befindet sich in Innerstadt, ca. 2 Minuten vom Jakominiplatz und 4 Minuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt. Tribeka oder Duck Coffee mit leckerem Kaffee, sowie verschiedene Lebensmittelgeschäfte: Billa, Dennys's, 3 Spars (einer davon ist täglich <außer Sonntag> bis 21:00 geöffnet) sind weniger als 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
The apartment is located in the inner city, about 2 minutes from Jakominiplatz and 4minutes from the main square. Tribeka or Duck Coffee with delicious coffee, as well as various grocery stores: Billa, Dennys's, 3 Spars (one of them is open every day <except Sunday> until 21:00) are less than 5 minutes walk away.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin heißt Kathi, sie studiert im 6. Semester Physik und ist erst letzten Herbst in die WG einezogen. Kathi ist eine sehr nette, entspannte Nachbarin, sie ist immer bereit, Gespräche zu den unterschiedlichsten Themen zu unterstützen, sie dekoriert die Wohnung staendig mit schönen Kleinigkeiten und legt großen Wert darauf, dass die Wohnung für alle gemütlich ist.
Auch die zweite Mitbewohnerin Clara zieht jetzt aus, daher wird bald auch das zweite Zimmer in unserer WG frei.
Your future roommate is called Kathi, she is studying physics in the 6th semester and only moved into the flat last fall. Kathi is a very nice, relaxed neighbor, she is always willing to support conversations on a wide variety of topics, she constantly decorates the apartment with nice little things and makes sure that the apartment is comfortable for everyone.
The second flatmate Clara is also moving out soon, so that the second room in our flat share will be free as well.
