Da ich für ein halbes Jahr auf Erasmus gehe, wird mein sonnendurchflutetes Altbauzimmer für 6 Monate frei (Daten sind flexibel)!
Die Wohnung ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Technischen Universität entfernt. Die Karl-Franzens Universität, die Kunstuni und die Innenstadt sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es im Überschuss auch jeweils 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
Augartenpark und Stadtpark auch jeweils 15 Min zu Fuß erreichbar!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit Straßenbahnanschluss innerhalb 100m.
Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand und die Vermieter sehr bemüht! Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sonnig! Vorallem am Vormittag liegt mein Zimmer schön in der Sonne.
Meine Mitbewohnerin heißt Emma, ist 23 Jahre alt, hat Soziologie studiert und ist gerade am Ende ihres Rechtswissenschaftsstudiums. Sie kocht gerne und gut, praktiziert Yoga, liest gerne und ist für allerlei schnell zu begeistern! Wir hatten immer ein sehr harmonisches Zusammenleben!
Mein Zimmer würde ich komplett möbliert übergeben, sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche! Sozusagen sofort zum Einziehen:)

As I am going on Erasmus for half a year, my sun-drenched room in will be available for 6 months (dates are flexible)!
The flat is a 3-minute walk from the Technical University. The Karl-Franzens University, the University of Arts and the city centre can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
There are also plenty of grocery shops within a 5-10 minute walk of the flat.
Augartenpark and Stadtpark are also a 15-minute walk away!
The flat is very centrally located with a tram connection within 100m.
The house is in very good condition and the landlords are very helpful! The flat is very bright and sunny! Especially in the morning my room is in the sun.
My flatmate's name is Emma, she is 23 years old, studied sociology and is just finishing her law degree. She loves cooking, practises yoga, enjoys reading and is quick to get excited about all sorts of things! We've always lived together very harmoniously!
I would hand over my room fully furnished, as well as towels and bed linen! Ready to move in:)
