The stunning room in a Wilhelminian style house has a beautiful herringbone parquet floor, high ceilings and a perfect size of 24 sqm. There is space for a sofa, workstation and everything you need to study or work from home.
Die Lage ist toll am Augarten gelegen, sehr ruhig und trotzdem so zentral, dass man zu Fuß in die Innenstadt gehen kann. Hofer und Lidl Supermarkt und das City Center mit DM, Interspar, Apotheke usw sind fünf Minuten entfernt. Bus und Tram sind auch in fünf Minuten zu erreichen.
The location is great directly next to the Augarten, very quiet and yet so central that you can walk to the city center. Hofer and Lidl supermarkets and the City Center Shopping Mall with DM, Interspar, pharmacy etc. are five minutes away. Bus and streetcar can also be reached within five minutes.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit Georg teilen, einem Arzt im praktischen Jahr. Ein weiterer Mitbewohner wird bald ausziehen, also kannst du mit Georg gemeinsam die WG neu gestalten :). Die freien Zimmer liegen nebeneinander, das heißt es wäre auch für Freunde oder ein Paar möglich, beide Zimmer zu mieten.
Die Wohnküche und den Balkon teilt ihr und ich würde das Zusammenleben als sehr respektvoll und entspannt bezeichnen. Jeder kann für sich sein, aber je nach Lust Laune trifft man sich auf ein Bier oder zum kochen. Alles kann, nichts muss ;). Das Zimmer ist ab September verfügbar, kann aber auch nach Absprache später bezogen werden.
You will share the apartment with Georg, a doctor in his practical year. Another flatmate will be moving out soon, so you can redesign the flat share together with Georg :). The two free rooms are next to each other so it would also be suited for a couple or friends.
You will share the kitchen and balcony and I would describe living together as very respectful and relaxed. Everyone can be on their own, but depending on your mood, you can meet up for a beer or to cook. Everything can happen, nothing has to ;). The room is available from September, but can also be rented later by arrangement.
Expats and Students are very welcome.
