Wir suchen für unsere 4er-WG eine*n Nachmieter*in für ein WG-Zimmer mit ca. 19 m2. Perfekt wäre ein Einzug ab Anfang Juni. Es kann ein Teil der Einrichtung übernommen werden. (Dies nach Absprache mit unserer ausziehenden Mitbewohnerin.) Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 130m2 großen, frisch-sanierten Altbau-WG.
Die Wohnung bietet sich perfekt für ein Praktikum oder als Unterkunft für Work and Travel an, da das Zimmer bis September bedristet ist.
Neben diesem Zimmer gibt es noch die drei Zimmer deiner Mitbewohner*innen. Zusätzlich haben wir eine große Küche mit Essbereich und Balkon in den Innenhof, einen Abstellraum, ein großes Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine) und zwei WCs.

We are looking for a new tenant for a room with approx. 19 m2 for our shared flat. It would be perfect if you could move in at the beginning of june. A part of the furnishings can be taken over. The room is part of a 130m2, freshly renovated apartment in an old building.
The apartment is perfect for an internship or as accommodation for Work and Travel, because the room is limited until September.
Next to this room there are the three rooms of your flatmates. In addition, we have a large kitchen with dining area and balcony overlooking the courtyard, a storage room, a large bathroom (with a washing machine) and two toilets.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Studierendenviertel von Graz, dem Herz-Jesu-Viertel.
Sie liegt ca. 5 Gehsekunden von der TU (Campus Alte Technik) entfernt. Aber auch die anderen Universitäten sind nicht weit entfernt. Karl-Franzens-Universität ca. 10 Gehminuten, TU Graz Campus "Neue Technik" 10 Gehminuten.
Man ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten in der Grazer Innenstadt und 2 Minuten von der nächsten Öffi-Haltestelle entfernt. Grundsätzlich empfehle ich, die Wege mit dem Rad zurückzulegen ;)
Viele kleine Lokale, Supermärkte und der Grazer Bauernmarkt befinden sich ganz in der Nähe.

The apartment is located in the student quarter of Graz, the Herz-Jesu-Viertel.
It is about 5 walking seconds away from the TU (Campus Alte Technik). But also the other universities are not far away. Karl-Franzens-University about 10 walking minutes, TU Graz Campus "Neue Technik" 10 walking minutes.
It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the city center of Graz and 2 minutes to the next public transport stop.
Many small pubs, supermarkets and the Graz farmer's market are nearby.
Deine zukünftigen WG-Mitbewohner*innen sind Moritz (Jus), Ingo (Architektur) und Nele (BWL). Wir sind alle zwischen 24 und 25 Jahren alt und sind eine sehr offene WG. Wir sitzen gerne beim gemeinsamen Kochen zusammen, aber bleiben natürlich auch gerne für uns. Über den Tag ist es recht ruhig, wenn etwas für die Uni zu tun ist.

Your future flatmates are Moritz (Jus), Ingo (Architecture) and Nele (Business Studies). We are all between 24 and 25 years old and are a very open flat share. We like to sit together while cooking, but of course we also like to stay to ourselves. During the day it is quite quiet when there is something to do for the university.
Die Miete inklusive Strom, Fernwärme, BK, Internet und Versicherung macht 420€ aus.
Vorab kann ein Besichtigungstermin stattfinden, sowie ein Kennenlernen der Mitbewohner*innen. Gerne auch vor Ort.
