Ich bin Carola (25) und studiere im Master Architektur hier im schönen Graz. Nebenbei arbeite ich an der Uni. Ich wohne seit 3 Jahren hier in der Wohnung und suche eine neue Mitbewohner*in. Daher bietet sich euch die Möglichkeit in einer schönen 2-Zimmer Wohnung direkt neben dem Stadtpark einzuziehen.
Das Zimmer ist ca 15m² groß und durch die hohen Decken und großen Fenster sehr hell. Das Zimmer ist, anders als aur den Bildern, unmöbliert. Du kannst es dir also so einrichten, wie du magst. Die Sonne scheint (wenn sie scheint) von Morgens bis Abends in das Zimmer hinein, daher stört der fehlende Balkon auch keinesfalls. Die Küche und das Bad folgen dem Motto "Klein aber Fein".
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei.

I'm Carola (25) and I'm studying architecture here in beautiful Graz. I have been living here for 3 years and am looking for a new flatmate. Therefore, I offer you the opportunity to move into a beautiful 2-room flat right next to the city park.
The room is approx. 15m² and very bright due to the high ceilings and large windows. Unlike the pictures, the room is unfurnished. So you can furnish it as you like. The sun shines (when it shines) into the room from morning to evening, so the lack of a balcony is not a problem at all. The kitchen and bathroom follow the motto "small but nice".
The room is available immediately.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Geidorf, welches super zentral gelegen ist. Die Innenstadt ist ca 5min mit dem Rad entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich die Straße hinunter in beide Richtungen (Hofer,Spar,Billa). Durch die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür ist man auch innerhalb von 10min. am Hauptbahnhof und auch zur Uni ist es mit dem Rad nicht weit.
The appt. is located in the beautiful district Geidorf, which is very central. The city center is 5mins by bike and grocery shops are just down the road ( Hofer,Spar,Billa).
Because there si a bus station directly in front of the house we just need a max. of 10mins to the central station and the University is reachable in a few minutes.
Mit meinen vorherigen Mitbewohner*innen habe ich viel unternommen und auch gerne mal einen Abend mit kochen und Wein oder Kafee verbracht. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn das in Zukunft auch so ist. Natürlich kannst du aber auch gerne deine Tür zu machen und dich zurückziehen, wenn dir danach ist. :)
I spend a lot of time with my previous flatmates and also enjoyed spending an evening cooking and drinking wine or coffee. I would be happy if that would be the case in the future. Of course, you can also close your door and withdraw if you feel like it. :)
