Lage: Die 127qm Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top-Lage, direkt gegenüber vom Kunsthaus in der Mariahilferstrasse 1. Nur 10min. zur Universität. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind somit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage, ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie sich in einem Innenhof befindet.
Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist eine sehr schön renovierte Altbauwohnung mit hohen Wänden und befindet sich im 2. Stock. Sie besteht aus drei getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, einer sehr großen Wohnküche (40 qm), Bad und getrennt begehbarem WC. Sowohl die Küche als auch das Bad sind top ausgestattet (Küchengeräte, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Dusche, Badewanne, etc.). Dazu steht noch ein Fahrradabstellraum zur Verfügung.
WG-Zimmer: Das helle WG-Zimmer ist 17,5 qm groß und ist mit Bett, Kleiderschrank und Fernseher möbliert.

I’m searching for a flatmate in our shared apartment (consisting out of three residents) for the following period:
From the end of September till the end of April.(
Rent for the room in the apartment (including electricity, heating, water, internet, TV, household insurance): € 450.-
Location: The 127 sqm flat is located in a top quarter of the city, in the Mariahilferstrasse 1. To the universtity you just need 10 min. by bike.
Therefore public transport and shopping facilities are in the immediate surroundings. Despite of the
very central position of the flat, the apartment is very quiet, because it’s located in a courtyard.
Flat: The flat is bright, has beautiful high rooms and is located on the second floor.
It consists out of three separately accessible rooms, one big living room (with the kitchen inside), bathroom and separately accessible toilet. Both kitchen and bathroom are well equipped (kitchen equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, shower, bathtub, etc.). Besides there also exist a private bike parking area.
Your room: Your bright room is 17,5 sqm big and is furnished with a bed, closet and a tv.
