Ich suche ab Februar 2023 einen Untermieter für mein WG-Zimmer Nähe der Innenstadt Groningen bis Ende Juli 2023. Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders groß, aber völlig ausreichend für Studenten. Die Dachschräge verleiht dem Zimmer einen süßen Charme. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, mit einem Kallax Ikea-Regal, Einem Lattenrost (140x200cm), einer Kleiderstange an der Wand und einem kleinen Bettisch. Es fehlt nur die Matratze. Leider habe ich momentan keine Bilder, da ich nicht Vorwort bin. Bei Interesse schicke Ich dir gerne ein Video des Zimmers unmöbliert zu. Das Zimmer kann aber natürlich besichtigt werden.
I am looking for a subtenant in February for my shared room near the city center of Groningen until the end of July. The room is not particularly large, but perfectly adequate for students. The sloping roof gives the room a sweet charm. The room is furnished, with a Kallax Ikea shelf, a slatted frame (140x200cm), a clothes rail on the wall, and a small bed table. Only the mattress is missing. Unfortunately, I have no pictures now, because I am not foreword. If interested, I will gladly send you a video of the room unfurnished. The room can of course be visited.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Einkaufspassage Westerkade. Zum Park, sowie zum Bahnhof sind es 7-10 Minuten Fußweg. Auch zur Universität und zum Forum sind es maximal nur 10 Minuten Fußweg. Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fitnessstudio befinden sich Alle in der direkten Umgebung.
The apartment is located in the shopping arcade Westerkade. To the park, as well as to the train station it is a 7-10 minute walk. Also to the university and the forum it is a maximum of 10 minutes walk. Bars, restaurants, shopping, and gym are all in the immediate vicinity.
Super entspannte WG bestehend aus Mädels. Kommunikation und Rücksicht sind das A und O. Demnach sind wir offen für jeden Charakter und freuen uns auf ein gemeinsames Zusammenleben.
