Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in für meine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Grub a. Forst. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und soweit komplett eingerichtet. Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 14 m² groß, verschließbar und liegt neben dem Wohnzimmer. Das Zimmer ist ohne irgendwelche Schrägen und die Zimmertür ist mittig zum Wohnungsflur. Es sind weiße Tapetten und Laminat bereits drin, aber wie du dein Zimmer einrichtest bleibt dir natürlich vollkommen selbst überlassen.

I’m looking for a roommate in my three-room apartment in Grub a. Forst. The apartment is spacious, bright and pretty much furnished. The open room is about 14 m² big, lockable and next to the living room. It’s without any bevels and the rooms is centered towards the hall. So far, there are white wallpapers and laminate already inside the room, but of course you can set up your room as you want.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof und 5 Minuten von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfern. Zwischen Grub und Coburg liegen 10 Autominuten, zur Hochschule sind es für gewöhnlich auch höchstens 10. Man kommt natürlich auch zügig mit dem Zug in die Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es entweder in Coburg direkt, oder für Notfälle auch die 24/7 Aral Tankstelle am Autobahnkreuz, 3 Autominuten/10 zu Fuß entfernt, vor Grub. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und super freundlich. Man kann hier Grillen oder den Rasen für anderes Nutzen. Laut wird es hier nie, selbst wenn man mal ne Party schmeißt, ist das vollkommen okay, solange es während der Ruhezeit nicht mehr ganz so laut ist.

The apartment is about 3 minutes’ walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop. Between Grub and Coburg are around 10 minutes by car, the university is usually around 10 minutes as well, of course it doesn’t take long to go by train too. There are shops either directly in Coburg, or for emergencies also the 24/7 Aral petrol station at the interchange, 3minutes by car or 10 without, in front of Grub. The neighborhood is quiet and super friendly. You can grill or use the lawn for other purposes. It never gets loud here, even if you throw a party, that’s perfectly okay, as long as it’s not that loud during the rest period.

Ich bin 24, mach grade mein Abi an der BOS, bin reinlich, entspannt und komm mit jedem klar soweit^^. Es gibt einen Putzplan für die gemeinsamen Räume und den Hausflur, bisher gab es auch noch nie Probleme. Parties sind okay, solange man wieder aufräumt und ansonsten wird sich das meiste schon ergeben. Besuche, oder Familientreffen im Wohnzimmer, oder sonst was bleibt dir überlassen, wäre nur lieb wenn du bei größeren Sachen, wie wenn du das Wohnzimmer brauchst, davor was sagst. Ich möchte nicht dass das nur eine Zweck-WG wird, also würde mich freuen wenn wir auch mal was gemeinsam unternehmen.

I’m 24 years, working on my high school graduation, cleanly, relaxed and easy with people in general. There is of course a cleaning plan for the shared rooms and the hallway, so far this has worked best for all members. Parties are fine, as long as it gets cleaned afterwards, and everything else we’ll figure out. Visits, family gatherings or other things is up to you, please just give me a hint before you book the living room or kitchen. Just to make sure. I don’t want this to be a unpersonal shared flat, so I hope we’ll get to talk a little.
