Hallo lieber Mitbewohner/in in Spe,
in meiner Wohnung wird kurzfristig ein Zimmer frei und ich suche einen Nachmieter.
So ganz schnell ein paar Eckdaten:
- die Wohnung hat 75qm
- dein Zimmer hat ca. 12,5 qm
- bis auf dein Zimmer ist alles voll eingerichtet (Wäschetrockner, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine sowie Möbelierte Küche Wohn- und Badezimmer etc.)
- es gibt beschränkten Abstellraum im Keller
- ein Balkon ist auch vorhanden
Grundsätzlich suche ich jemanden der eher der entspannte Typ ist aber natürlich hab ich nichts gegen gelegentliche Besuche die auch mal Lauter werden.
Ich erwarte, dass wir uns Anfallende Arbeiten fair einteilen und auch gerne gemeinsam.
Ich selbst bin 22 Berufstätig (in der Woche bis 19:00) eher der ruhige Typ, auf keinen Fall jemand der großes Drama macht.
Öfters beanspruche Fernseher und Playstation im Wohnzimmer wenn ich Zuhause bin.
Was dich stören könnte wäre vielleicht die hin und wieder laute und Gitarrenlastige Musik.
Den Rest würde ich gern persönlich besprechen, also frag einfach wann du mal vorbei kommen kannst.
